Abstract

A ceiling fan with convenient blade installation includes a ceiling fan base, a connecting rod, a mounting disc and fan blades, wherein a drive member is arranged at a bottom of the connecting rod. The drive member drives a rotating table including a cylindrical mounting disc and a connecting portion configured to be connected to an output end of the ceiling fan. The mounting disc is arranged at a bottom of and coaxial with the connecting portion. The mounting disc has a width greater than that of the connecting portion to form a mounting plate being annular and provided along a circumferential direction with a plurality of positioning steps having progressively increasing heights. The plurality of fan blades are sleeved onto the connecting portion in a stacked state and are rotatable about an axis of the rotating table.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A ceiling fan with convenient blade installation, comprising:
a ceiling fan base configured to be suspended from a ceiling; a connecting rod connected to a bottom of the ceiling fan base, with a drive member being arranged at a bottom of the connecting rod; a rotating table connected to and driven by the drive member rotatably, the rotating table comprising a cylindrical mounting disc and a connecting portion configured to be connected to an output end of the ceiling fan; and a plurality of fan blades connected to the rotating table, each of the plurality of fan blades comprising a blade body and a mounting frame connected to the blade body; wherein the mounting disc is arranged at a bottom of and coaxial with the connecting portion, the mounting disc has a width greater than that of the connecting portion to form a mounting plate, the mounting plate is annular and provided along a circumferential direction with a plurality of positioning steps having progressively increasing heights, and the plurality of positioning steps have sidewalls being provided with locking slots; and wherein the mounting frame is an open annular structure and provided with a locking tab at an end thereof adjacent to the blade body, the plurality of fan blades are sleeved onto the connecting portion in a stacked state and rotatable about an axis of the rotating table, each of the plurality of fan blades is arranged at a corresponding one of the plurality of positioning steps at different heights such that each locking tab engages with the locking slot at corresponding height, to pre-fix the plurality of fan blades to the rotating table.

2 . The ceiling fan of claim 1 , wherein three of the fan blades are provided, and the mounting plate is circumferentially provided with three of the positioning steps having the progressively increasing heights, and wherein the three positioning steps have three of the locking slots being circumferentially and evenly distributed along the mounting plate to correspondingly mount the three fan blades.

3 . The ceiling fan of claim 2 , wherein the three fan blades are sleeved onto the connecting portion in the stacked state and rotatable about the axis of the rotating table, each fan blade corresponding to one of the positioning steps at the different heights, and wherein after one of the fan blades is mounted onto the corresponding positioning step, an end of the mounting frame opposite to the locking tab is at a height the same as a next lower one of the positioning steps.

4 . The ceiling fan of claim 3 , wherein the mounting frame is circumferentially provided with three fixing holes equally spaced apart, the mounting plate is correspondingly provided with three fixing grooves, and fasteners pass through the fixing holes and are inserted into the fixing grooves to reinforce the fan blades and the rotating table.

5 . The ceiling fan of claim 4 , wherein when the locking tabs of three of the mounting frames are respectively engaged in the locking slots, positions of the fixing holes on each of the mounting frames correspond one-to-one with positions of the fixing grooves.

6 . The ceiling fan of claim 1 , wherein height of the mounting frame gradually increases from the locking tab toward other end, and the mounting frame spirally surrounds the connecting portion.

7 . The ceiling fan of claim 6 , wherein the mounting frame is provided with a clearance inclined wall at an end opposite to the locking tab.

8 . The ceiling fan of claim 1 , wherein the locking tab is provided with a guiding inclined surface inclined downward toward the locking slot to guide insertion of the locking tab into the locking slot.

9 . The ceiling fan of claim 8 , wherein a limiting notch communicating with the locking slot is provided at a top of the positioning step, when the locking tab is inserted into the locking slot, a higher portion of the locking tab extends into the limiting notch and abuts, at a side wall adjacent to the higher portion, against an inner side wall of the limiting notch to prevent disengagement of the locking tab from the locking slot.

10 . The ceiling fan of claim 1 , wherein a clearance portion is provided between the locking tab and the mounting frame, and the clearance portion has a height not greater than a highest portion of the locking tab.
