Abstract

An aspect relates to a removable telescopic edge protection system for construction, orifices arranged from top to bottom are formed in left and right end walls of an inner tube, metal materials originally existing at corresponding positions of the orifices are bent to an inner side of the inner tube, and the metal sheets on a left side are fixedly connected in pairs with the metal sheet on a right side, such that structural firmness of the inner tube can be enhanced, structural stability of the inner tube can be effectively ensured without greatly increasing a wall thickness of the inner tube, an increase of an overall weight of a telescopic edge protection post caused by the increase of the wall thickness of the inner tube is favorably avoided, carrying and using convenience of the telescopic edge protection post can be effectively improved.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A removable telescopic edge protection system for construction, comprising a plurality of telescopic edge protection posts, wherein each telescopic edge protection post comprises an outer tube, an inner tube is slidably inserted in the outer tube, orifices uniformly distributed from top to bottom are formed in left and right end walls of the inner tube, metal materials at the orifices are bent towards an inner side of the inner tube to form metal sheets, the metal sheets on a left side are fixedly connected in pairs with the metal sheets on a right side, a locking mechanism matched with the left orifice is mounted on an outer end wall of a top of the outer tube, a floor attachment end is mounted at a bottom of the outer tube, and a ceiling attachment end is mounted at a top of the inner tube.

The removable telescopic edge protection system for construction according to  claim 1 , wherein a first round hole is formed in an end wall of the top of the outer tube, a second round hole corresponding to the first round hole is formed in an end wall of the bottom of the inner tube, a reed is fixedly mounted on an inner side of the bottom of the inner tube, and an inserted pin movably inserted into the second round hole is fixedly mounted on the reed.

The removable telescopic edge protection system for construction according to  claim 1 , wherein the locking mechanism comprises a lock pin housing perpendicularly fixed on a left end wall of the outer tube, a wedge-shaped lock pin extending to an inner side of the outer tube is slidably inserted into the lock pin housing, a stop nut is screwed to an outer end of the lock pin housing, a first spring elastically supported between the wedge-shaped lock pin and the stop nut is placed in the lock pin housing, a wedge pin parallel to the outer tube is movably inserted in the lock pin housing and the wedge-shaped lock pin together, an upper end of the wedge pin is of an outwards-inclined structure, a cylinder pin arranged above the lock pin housing is fixedly mounted on the left end wall of the outer tube, a first tension spring is hooked between the cylinder pin and the upper end of the wedge pin, a pull ring is inserted at a lower end of the wedge pin, and a first protective cover covers a part from the lock pin housing to the cylinder pin. 
     
     
         4 . The removable telescopic edge protection system for construction according to  claim 1 , wherein the floor attachment end comprises a nut fixedly mounted on an inner side of the bottom of the outer tube, a threaded rod vertically arranged on a central axis of the outer tube is screwed in the nut, and a bottom cup is fixedly mounted at a bottom of the threaded rod.

The removable telescopic edge protection system for construction according to  claim 4 , wherein the ceiling attachment end comprises a collar arranged on an inner side of the top of the inner tube, the collar is tightly mounted in the inner tube through a bolt, a shaft rod vertically arranged on a central axis of the inner tube is slidably inserted in the collar, a top cup is mounted at a top of the shaft rod, a stop block slidably mounted in the inner tube is fixedly connected to the shaft rod, the shaft rod is movably sleeved with a second spring, and the second spring is fixedly connected between the collar and the stop block. 
     
     
         6 . The removable telescopic edge protection system for construction according to  claim 5 , wherein the top cup is rotatably mounted at the top of the shaft rod. 
     
     
         7 . The removable telescopic edge protection system for construction according to  claim 5 , wherein an indicator arranged between the top cup and the stop block is fixedly mounted on the shaft rod, an outer surface of the indicator is yellow, and a light-reflecting label is pasted on the outer surface of the indicator. 
     
     
         8 . The removable telescopic edge protection system for construction according to  claim 5 , wherein a limiting sheet is fixedly mounted in the bottom cup, the bottom cup and the top cup are both of bowl-shaped structures with recessed middle positions, and edge positions of the bottom cup and the top cup and a bottom of the limiting sheet are all of blade-shaped structures. 
     
     
         9 . The removable telescopic edge protection system for construction according to  claim 1 , wherein a rope pulling mechanism matched with the right orifice is mounted on the outer end wall of the top of the outer tube, the rope pulling mechanism comprises a shaft bracket fixedly mounted on a right end wall of the outer tube, a rotating disc is rotatably mounted in the shaft bracket, a winding wheel coaxially arranged with the rotating disc is fixedly mounted on a back of the rotating disc, a steel wire rope is wound on the winding wheel, a hook with a lock is fixedly connected to an outer end of the steel wire rope, a plurality of teeth matched with the right orifice are distributed on a cylindrical surface of the rotating disc, the teeth are slidably connected with the rotating disc along a radius of the rotating disc, a limiting column arranged in a middle of the plurality of teeth is fixedly mounted in the rotating disc, the limiting column is slidably sleeved with a pushing block, a part of the pushing block inserted in the rotating disc is of a circular table-shaped structure, a second tension spring is fixedly connected between the teeth and the limiting column, a U-shaped groove corresponding to the second tension spring is formed in the pushing block, a longitudinal fixed shaft is fixedly mounted at an axis of the rotating disc, a handle arranged on an outer side of the shaft bracket is fixedly mounted at one end of a front surface of the fixed shaft, the fixed shaft is rotatably sleeved with a screw cylinder arranged on an inner side of the shaft bracket, the screw cylinder is screwed to the pushing block, a toggling disc is fixedly mounted at an end of the screw cylinder away from the pushing block, a second protective cover covers the shaft bracket, and a hanging hole extending to a left side of the outer tube is fixedly mounted on the second protective cover. 
     
     
         10 . The removable telescopic edge protection system for construction according to  claim 9 , wherein a planar spring is mounted on a back of the winding wheel, an inner end of the planar spring is fixedly connected with the winding wheel, and an outer end of the planar spring is fixedly connected with the shaft bracket.
