Abstract
A sanitary washing device includes a casing, a nozzle unit, a flexible rack connected to the nozzle unit, a gear configured to engage the rack, a drive motor configured to advance and retract the nozzle unit by moving the rack via the gear, and a rack guide configured to guide the rack. The nozzle unit includes a washing nozzle curved to be upwardly convex. The nozzle unit is configured to advance and retreat between the casing and a toilet. The rack guide includes a curved portion extending and being folded back in a longitudinal direction, the gear is positioned behind the nozzle unit when viewed in side-view. The curved portion is positioned behind the gear when viewed in side-view.

a casing; a nozzle unit including a washing nozzle curved to be upwardly convex, the nozzle unit being configured to advance and retreat between the casing and a toilet; a rack connected to the nozzle unit, the rack being flexible; a gear configured to engage the rack; a drive motor configured to advance and retract the nozzle unit by moving the rack via the gear; and a rack guide configured to guide the rack, the rack guide including a curved portion extending and being folded back in a longitudinal direction, the gear being positioned behind the nozzle unit when viewed in side-view, the curved portion being positioned behind the gear when viewed in side-view.
2 . The sanitary washing device according to claim 1 , wherein
the sanitary washing device comprises a member including the rack guide, and the gear is positioned so that the gear is lower than an upper end of the member.
3 . The sanitary washing device according to claim 1 , wherein
the sanitary washing device comprises a member including the rack guide, and when the washing nozzle is in a stored state, the washing nozzle is positioned so that the washing nozzle is lower than an upper end of the member.
4 . The sanitary washing device according to claim 1 , wherein
