Winding device and winding method
Abstract
A winding device for winding a thread-like adhesive material around an outer circumferential surface of a linear workpiece includes a bobbin holder holding a bobbin around which the thread-like adhesive material is wound, the bobbin being held rotatably; and a guide roller provided on a path of the thread-like adhesive material between the linear workpiece and the bobbin holder, the guide roller having a groove portion on an outer circumferential surface of the guide roller and allowing the thread-like adhesive material pulled out from the bobbin to be threaded into the groove portion, wherein the thread-like adhesive material is wound around the outer circumferential surface of the linear workpiece by integrally turning the bobbin holder and the guide roller around the linear workpiece.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A winding device for winding a thread-like adhesive material around an outer circumferential surface of a linear workpiece, the winding device comprising:
a bobbin holder holding a bobbin around which the thread-like adhesive material is wound, the bobbin being held rotatably; and a guide roller provided on a path of the thread-like adhesive material between the linear workpiece and the bobbin holder, the guide roller having a groove portion on an outer circumferential surface of the guide roller and allowing the thread-like adhesive material pulled out from the bobbin to be threaded into the groove portion, wherein the thread-like adhesive material is wound around the outer circumferential surface of the linear workpiece by integrally turning the bobbin holder and the guide roller around the linear workpiece.
2 . A winding device for winding a thread-like adhesive material around an outer circumferential surface of a linear workpiece, the winding device comprising:
a bobbin holder holding a bobbin around which the thread-like adhesive material is wound, the bobbin being held rotatably, the bobbin being held rotatably; and a guide roller provided on a path of the thread-like adhesive material between the linear workpiece and the bobbin holder, the guide roller having a groove portion on an outer circumferential surface of the guide roller and allowing the thread-like adhesive material pulled out from the bobbin to be threaded into the groove portion, wherein the thread-like adhesive material is wound around the outer circumferential surface of the linear workpiece by rotating the linear workpiece around an axis of the linear workpiece.
3 . The winding device according to claim 1 ,
wherein an inclination of the guide roller with respect to the bobbin is variable in accordance with an entry angle at which the thread-like adhesive material pulled out from the bobbin enters the groove portion.
4 . The winding device according to claim 1 ,
wherein the guide roller has a non-adhesive treatment applied to a surface of the groove portion.
5 . The winding device according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a brake mechanism configured to brake rotation of the bobbin.
6 . The winding device according to claim 1 ,
wherein the bobbin holder rotatably holds the bobbin around which the thread-like adhesive material is wound without interposing a release sheet.
7 . A winding method for winding a thread-like adhesive material around an outer circumferential surface of a linear workpiece by using a winding device, the winding device including a bobbin holder holding a bobbin around which the thread-like adhesive material is wound, the bobbin being held rotatably; and a guide roller provided on a path of the thread-like adhesive material between the linear workpiece and the bobbin holder, the guide roller having a groove portion on an outer circumferential surface of the guide roller and allowing the thread-like adhesive material pulled out from the bobbin to be threaded into the groove portion, the winding method comprising:
integrally turning the bobbin holder and the guide roller around the linear workpiece to wind the thread-like adhesive material around the outer circumferential surface of the linear workpiece.
8 . (canceled)
9 . The winding method according to claim 7 ,
wherein an inclination of the guide roller with respect to the bobbin is variable in accordance with an entry angle at which the thread adhesive pulled out from the bobbin enters the groove portion such that the thread-like adhesive material is wound around the outer circumference of the linear workpiece while the inclination of the guide roller with respect to the bobbin is varied in accordance with the entry angle at which the thread-like adhesive material pulled out from the bobbin enters the groove portion.
10 . The winding method according to claim 7 ,
wherein the guide roller has a non-adhesive treatment applied to a surface of the groove portion such that the thread-like adhesive material pulled out from the bobbin is wound around the outer circumferential surface of the linear workpiece without adhering to the surface of the groove portion.
11 . The winding method according to claim 7 ,
wherein the winding device further includes a brake mechanism configured to brake rotation of the bobbin, and wherein the thread-like adhesive material pulled out from the bobbin is wound around the outer circumferential surface of the linear workpiece while braking is applied to the rotation of the bobbin by the brake mechanism.
12 . The winding method according to claim 7 ,
wherein the bobbin holder rotatably holds the bobbin around which the thread-like adhesive material is wound without interposing a release sheet such that the thread-like adhesive material pulled out from the bobbin is wound around the outer circumference surface of the linear workpiece without requiring a process of removing the release sheet from the thread-like adhesive material.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
