Abstract

A card dealing machine relates to the field of entertainment products. The card dealing machine includes: a housing, a card delivering mechanism, a card distributing mechanism, and a card dealing mechanism. The card distributing mechanism includes: a lower card distributing member and an upper card distributing member. The upper card distributing member includes: a frame, a first card distributing roller rotatably assembled on a lower side of the frame, a second card distributing roller rotatably assembled on a lower side of the frame and positioned at a front side of the first card distributing roller, a first guide block arranged on a lower side of the frame and positioned between the first card distributing roller and the second card distributing roller, and a second guide block arranged on a lower side of the frame and positioned between the first guide block and the second card distributing roller.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A card dealing machine, comprising:
 a housing ( 100 ), having a card bin ( 110 ) for accommodating playing cards, a card taking and placing port ( 120 ) positioned at a top side and/or a rear side of the card bin ( 110 ), a card delivering port ( 130 ) positioned at a bottom front side of the card bin ( 110 ), and a card dealing port ( 140 ) positioned at a front side of the housing ( 100 ) and corresponding to the card delivering port ( 130 );   a card delivering mechanism ( 200 ), arranged at a bottom of the card bin ( 110 ) and used to deliver playing cards in the card bin ( 110 ) to the card delivering port ( 130 );   a card distributing mechanism ( 300 ), comprising a lower card distributing member ( 320 ) arranged on a lower side of the card delivering port ( 130 ) and an upper card distributing member ( 310 ) rotatably arranged on an upper side of the card delivering port ( 130 ); and   a card dealing mechanism ( 400 ), arranged at a bottom of the card bin ( 110 ), positioned between the card distributing mechanism ( 300 ) and the card dealing port ( 140 ) and used to deliver playing cards passing through the card distributing mechanism ( 300 ) out of the card dealing port ( 140 );   wherein the upper card distributing member ( 310 ) comprises: a frame ( 311 ) mounted in the housing ( 100 ), a first card distributing roller ( 312 ) rotatably assembled on a lower side of the frame ( 311 ) and corresponding to the lower card distributing member ( 320 ), a second card distributing roller ( 313 ) rotatably assembled on a lower side of the frame ( 311 ), positioned at a front side of the first card distributing roller ( 312 ) and having a lower surface higher than a lower surface of the first card distributing roller ( 312 ), a first guide block ( 314 ) arranged on a lower side of the frame ( 311 ) and positioned between the first card distributing roller ( 312 ) and the second card distributing roller ( 313 ), and a second guide block ( 315 ) arranged on a lower side of the frame ( 311 ), positioned between the first guide block ( 314 ) and the second card distributing roller ( 313 ) and having a lower surface lower than a lower surface of the first guide block ( 314 ); the first guide block ( 314 ) is provided with a first guide inclined surface ( 3141 ) that is inclined downwards in a card dealing direction, and the second guide block ( 315 ) is provided with a second guide inclined surface ( 3151 ) that is inclined downwards towards in a card dealing direction; when the playing cards pass through the card distributing mechanism ( 300 ), the playing cards first pass between the first card distributing roller ( 312 ) and the lower card distributing member ( 320 ), driving the first card distributing roller ( 312 ) to roll, and then the playing cards successively pass through the first guide block ( 314 ) and the second guide block ( 315 ) under the guidance of the first guide inclined surface ( 3141 ) and the second guide inclined surface ( 3151 ), and then drive the second card distributing roller ( 313 ) to roll, and finally enter the card dealing mechanism ( 400 ).

The card dealing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein two first card distributing rollers ( 312 ) are provided and symmetrically arranged on left and right sides of the upper card distributing member ( 310 ), and the second card distributing roller ( 313 ) is positioned between the two first card distributing rollers ( 312 ). 
     
     
         3 . The card dealing machine according to 2, wherein one first guide block ( 314 ) is provided and positioned between two first card distributing rollers ( 312 ), and two second guide blocks ( 315 ) are provided and positioned at two sides of the second card distributing roller ( 313 ). 
     
     
         4 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein an included angle between the first guide inclined surface ( 3141 ) and a horizontal plane is 20-60°. 
     
     
         5 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein an included angle between the second guide inclined surface ( 3151 ) and a horizontal plane is 20-60°. 
     
     
         6 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein the frame ( 311 ) is rotatably connected to the housing ( 100 ) at an upper front end thereof, an elastic member ( 330 ) is arranged between an upper surface of the frame ( 311 ) close to a rear end and the housing ( 100 ), the elastic member ( 330 ) presses a rear end of the frame ( 311 ) toward the lower card distributing member ( 320 ), and then the first card distributing roller ( 312 ) is pressed downward to an upper side of the lower card distributing member ( 320 ). 
     
     
         7 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 6 , wherein a shock absorbing layer ( 340 ) is arranged on an upper surface of the frame ( 311 ). 
     
     
         8 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 6 , wherein the first card distributing roller ( 312 ) comprises: a hard inner sleeve ( 3121 ) rotatably assembled on a lower side of the frame ( 311 ), and a soft outer sleeve ( 3122 ) sleeved on an outer side of the hard inner sleeve ( 3121 ). 
     
     
         9 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 6 , wherein a limiting groove ( 3111 ) for installing the elastic member ( 330 ) is provided on an upper surface of the frame ( 311 ). 
     
     
         10 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 9 , wherein the shock absorbing layer ( 340 ) is provided with a shock absorbing ring layer ( 341 ) placed into a periphery of the limiting groove ( 3111 ). 
     
     
         11 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 6 , wherein a front end of the shock absorbing layer ( 340 ) extends downward to form an extended shock absorbing layer ( 342 ) that half wraps around a front side of the frame ( 311 ). 
     
     
         12 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein the upper card distributing member ( 310 ) and the lower card distributing member ( 320 ) are each arranged at a middle position of the card delivering port ( 130 ). 
     
     
         13 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 1 , wherein the lower card distributing member ( 320 ) comprises: a lower card distributing roller ( 321 ) arranged at a lower side of the card delivering port ( 130 ) and rolling along a card dealing direction, and a card distributing shaft ( 350 ) arranged in the housing ( 100 ), used for the lower card distributing roller ( 321 ) to sleeve and used to drive the lower card distributing roller ( 321 ) to rotate. 
     
     
         14 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 13 , wherein a periphery of the lower card distributing roller ( 321 ) is provided with a plurality of grooves ( 3211 ) extending therethrough from left to right at intervals. 
     
     
         15 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 13 , wherein the card delivering mechanism ( 200 ) comprises: a card delivering roller ( 210 ) arranged at a bottom of the card bin ( 110 ), partially exposed from the card bin ( 110 ) and used to deliver the playing cards in the card bin ( 110 ) into the card delivering port ( 130 ); and a card delivering shaft ( 220 ) arranged in the housing ( 100 ), used for the card delivering roller ( 210 ) to sleeve and used to drive the card delivering roller ( 210 ) to rotate;
 the card dealing mechanism ( 400 ) comprises a card dealing roller ( 410 ) positioned between the card distributing mechanism ( 300 ) and the card dealing port ( 140 ) and used to deal the playing cards passing through the card distributing mechanism ( 300 ) out of the card dealing port ( 140 );   and a card dealing shaft ( 420 ) arranged in the housing ( 100 ), used for the card dealing roller ( 410 ) to sleeve and used to drive the card dealing roller ( 410 ) to rotate;   the card dealing machine further comprises:   a driving member ( 800 ) arranged in the housing ( 100 );   a first transmission assembly ( 500 ) arranged in the housing ( 100 ) and having one end connected to an output end of the driving member ( 800 ) and the other end connected to the card dealing shaft ( 420 ), so as to drive the card dealing shaft ( 420 ) to rotate under driving of the driving member ( 800 );   a second transmission assembly ( 600 ) arranged in the housing ( 100 ) and having one end connected to the other end of the card dealing shaft ( 420 ) and the other end connected to the card distributing shaft ( 350 ), so as to drive the card distributing shaft ( 350 ) to rotate;   a third transmission assembly ( 700 ) arranged in the housing ( 100 ) and having one end connected to the second transmission assembly ( 600 ) and the other end connected to the card delivering shaft ( 220 ), so as to drive the card delivering shaft ( 220 ) to rotate;   wherein the second transmission assembly ( 600 ) comprises: a card dealing gear ( 610 ) sleeved on the card dealing shaft ( 420 ), a card distributing gear ( 650 ) sleeved on the card distributing shaft ( 350 ), a first gear ( 630 ), a second gear ( 620 ) engaged between the card dealing gear ( 610 ) and the first gear ( 630 ), and a third gear ( 640 ) engaged between the first gear ( 630 ) and the card distributing gear ( 650 );   the first gear ( 630 ) is arranged above the card dealing gear ( 610 ), the second gear ( 620 ) is arranged between the first gear ( 630 ) and the card dealing gear ( 610 ), and the axis of the second gear ( 620 ) is positioned at one side of a center line connecting the card dealing gear ( 610 ) and the first gear ( 630 ) positioned at the card dealing port ( 140 );   the card distributing gear ( 650 ) is arranged below the first gear ( 630 ), the third gear ( 640 ) is arranged between the first gear ( 630 ) and the card distributing gear ( 650 ), and the axis of the third gear ( 640 ) is positioned on one side of a center line connecting the card distributing gear ( 650 ) and the first gear ( 630 ) far away from the card dealing port ( 140 ).   
     
     
         16 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 15 , wherein an included angle between a center line connecting the second gear ( 620 ) and the card dealing gear ( 610 ) and a center line connecting the first gear ( 630 ) and the card dealing gear ( 610 ) is 20-30°. 
     
     
         17 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 15 , wherein an included angle between a center line connecting the third gear ( 640 ) and the card dealing gear ( 650 ) and a center line connecting the first gear ( 630 ) and the card dealing gear ( 650 ) is 25-35°. 
     
     
         18 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 15 , wherein the first transmission assembly ( 500 ) comprises: a driving pulley ( 510 ) sleeved on an output shaft of the driving member ( 800 ), a card dealing pulley ( 530 ) arranged on the card dealing shaft ( 420 ), and a first belt ( 520 ) connecting the driving pulley ( 510 ) and the card dealing pulley ( 530 );
 the third transmission assembly ( 700 ) comprises: a card delivering pulley ( 710 ) sleeved on the card delivering shaft ( 220 ), a transmission pulley ( 720 ) arranged outside the first gear ( 630 ) and rotating simultaneously with the first gear ( 630 ) around the same rotation axis, and a third belt ( 730 ) connecting the card delivering pulley ( 710 ) and the transmission pulley ( 720 ).   
     
     
         19 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 15 , wherein a one-way bearing ( 900 ) is arranged between the card distributing gear ( 650 ) and the card distributing shaft ( 350 ), the one-way bearing ( 900 ) is used to achieve power transmission and disconnection between the card distributing gear ( 650 ) and the card distributing shaft ( 350 ), and a rotating speed of the lower card distributing roller ( 321 ) is lower than that of the card dealing roller ( 410 ). 
     
     
         20 . The card dealing machine according to  claim 15 , wherein a diameter of the first gear ( 630 ) is greater than that of the second gear ( 620 ), and a diameter of the second gear ( 620 ) is greater than that of the card dealing gear ( 610 ); a diameter of the second gear ( 620 ) is the same as that of the third gear ( 640 ); and a diameter of the card distributing gear ( 650 ) is greater than that of the card dealing gear ( 610 ).
