Abstract
An outdoor sunshade is provided. The outdoor sunshade includes a base, a stem, ribs and an umbrella surface, a bottom rod, a supporting rod and a top rod; the supporting rod is rotatably connected to bottom rod; a horizontal rotation driving member is provided inside the bottom rod; the top rod is connected to a upper end of the supporting rod, a rotating axis of the top rod is perpendicular to the central axis of the supporting rod; the top rod is provided with a vertical rotation driving member; the top rod is provided with a driving mechanism; a light intensity sensor, the horizontal rotation driving member, and the vertical rotation driving member are electrically connected to the controller. The intelligent outdoor sunshade can open or close the umbrella surface automatically, and adjust the sunshade angle intelligently, without the need of manual, resulting in a higher degree of intelligence.

1 . An outdoor sunshade, comprising a base, a stem, ribs and an umbrella surface, the umbrella surface is connected to the ribs, wherein the stem comprises a bottom rod, a supporting rod and a top rod;
wherein a lower end of the bottom rod being fixedly connected to the base; and
a lower end of the supporting rod being rotatably connected to an upper end of the bottom rod; and
a horizontal rotation driving member being provided inside the bottom rod, configured for driving the supporting rod rotates along an central axis of the supporting rod; and
a lower end of the top rod being rotatably connected to a upper end of the supporting rod, a rotating axis of the top rod is perpendicular to the central axis of the supporting rod; and
the top rod being provided with a vertical rotation driving member, configured for driving the top rod rotate along a rotating axis; and
a top of the top rod is provided with a driving mechanism that drives an opening and a closing of the ribs; and
the bottom rod being provided with a controller, the umbrella surface being provided with a light intensity sensor; and
the light intensity sensor, the horizontal rotation driving member, and the vertical rotation driving member being electrically connected to the controller.
2 . The outdoor sunshade according to claim 1 , wherein the horizontal rotation driving member is a rotating deceleration motor; and
the upper end of the bottom rod is connected with a lower sleeve, the lower end of the supporting rod is connected with an upper sleeve; and
the rotating deceleration motor is provided in the lower sleeve and is connected to the lower sleeve; and
the driving shaft of the rotating deceleration motor is extended from a through hole set on the lower sleeve and connected to the upper sleeve.
3 . The outdoor sunshade according to claim 2 , wherein, an upper sidewall of the lower sleeve is protruded from an upper sidewall of the bottom rod, a lower part of the upper sleeve is protruded from a lower side of the supporting rod; and
a connecting sleeve is provided between the upper sleeve and the lower sleeve; and
an upper end of the connecting sleeve is sleeved on an outside of the lower part of the upper sleeve, and a lower end sleeve of the connecting sleeve is sleeved on an outside of a lower part of the lower sleeve; and
an upper end of the connecting sleeve is fixedly connected to the upper sleeve, and a lower end of the connecting sleeve is fixedly connected to the lower sleeve.
4 . The outdoor sunshade according to claim 3 , wherein, the driving shaft of the rotating deceleration motor is fixedly connected to the connecting shaft, and the connecting shaft is fixedly connected to the upper sleeve; and
an electric slipping ring is sleeved on the connecting shaft, a rotor of the electric slipping ring is fixed to the connecting shaft, stator of the electric slipping ring is sleeved on the rotor, the rotor rotates around the stator; and
the stator of the electric slipping ring is fixed to the connecting sleeve; and
an external power supply transmits electricity to the light intensity sensor, the horizontal rotation driving member, and the vertical rotation driving member, and the driving mechanism, and the controller through the electric slipping ring.
5 . The outdoor sunshade according to claim 1 , wherein, the upper end of the supporting rod is fixed with a lower bracket, and the lower end of the top rod is connected with the lower bracket, the upper bracket and the lower bracket are connected;
the vertical rotation driving member is fixed to the lower bracket and to drive the upper bracket rotating around the rotating axis.
6 . The outdoor sunshade according to claim 5 , wherein, the vertical rotation driving member is a worm deceleration motor; and
a lower end of the lower bracket forms a supporting portion, the supporting portion is inserted into and firmly connected with the supporting rod; and
supporting arms are provided on a left side and a right side of the lower bracket, the worm deceleration motor is firmly connected between the supporting arms; and
the upper bracket is of an inverted U-character shape, the supporting arms are inserted into the upper bracket; and
a rotating shaft of the worm deceleration motor passes through the supporting arm and the upper bracket horizontally; and
an upper end of the upper bracket forms a connecting portion, the connecting portion is inserted and fixed to the lower end of the top rod.
7 . The outdoor sunshade according to claim 6 , wherein the upper bracket comprises a first bracket and a second bracket, the first bracket and the second bracket are both L-shaped; and
when the first bracket and the second bracket are fixedly connected by a plurality of fasteners, the connecting portion is formed; and
the supporting arm is provided with a slot inserted into the rotating shaft of the worm deceleration motor.
8 . The outdoor sunshade according to claim 1 , wherein, the driving mechanism comprises a supporting seat, a screw deceleration motor, and a nut support, and a connecting rod; and
the supporting seat is firmly attached to the upper end of the top rod, the screw deceleration motor is located in the top rod and is firmly attached to a lower end of the supporting seat; and
a screw of the screw deceleration motor is passed through the lower side of the supporting seat and connects to the nut support in the supporting seat; and
a plurality of the ribs are provided, and the ribs are circularly arranged centered on a central axis of the top rod; and
an internal end of each rib is provided with a connector; and
a middle of the connector is hinged with the supporting seat; and
an inner end of the connector is hinged with an end of the connecting rod, another end of the connecting rod is hinged with the nut support.
9 . The outdoor sunshade according to claim 1 , wherein the umbrella surface is provided with a plurality of solar panels, and the solar panels are shaped in a long strip and located directly above the ribs.
10 . The outdoor sunshade according to claim 1 , wherein a wind speed sensor is provided at the top of the umbrella surface, and the wind speed sensor is electrically connected to the screw deceleration motor and the controller, respectively.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
