Top connecting mechanism of canopy and canopy
Abstract
A top connecting mechanism of a canopy includes a connecting seat and a plurality of connecting rods. The connecting seat includes a plurality of pivoting grooves, each of which includes a first side wall and a second side wall. Each of the plurality of pivoting grooves includes an elastic buckling column and an abutting portion. The elastic buckling column includes a buckling protrusion. Each of the plurality of connecting rods is configured to be rotated relative to the connecting seat to be in a first position, and a bottom of each of the plurality of connecting rods is configured be supported on the abutting portion. The buckling protrusion is configured to be buckled to a top of a corresponding one of the plurality of connecting rods, and the abutting portion and the buckling protrusion cooperate to maintain the corresponding one of the plurality of connecting rods in the first position.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A top connecting mechanism of a canopy, comprising:
a connecting seat, and a plurality of connecting rods, wherein:
the connecting seat comprises a plurality of pivoting grooves respectively pivotally connected to the plurality of connecting rods,
each of the plurality of pivoting grooves comprises a first side wall and a second side wall spaced apart from each other,
an end portion of each of the plurality of connecting rods is pivotally connected to the first side wall and the second side wall of a corresponding one of the plurality of pivoting grooves,
each of the plurality of pivoting grooves comprises an elastic buckling column and an abutting portion,
a distal end of the elastic buckling column comprises a buckling protrusion,
each of the plurality of connecting rods is configured to be rotated relative to the connecting seat to be in a first position, so that a bottom of each of the plurality of connecting rods is configured be supported on the abutting portion of the corresponding one of the plurality of pivoting grooves,
the buckling protrusion is configured to be buckled to a top of a corresponding one of the plurality of connecting rods, and
the abutting portion and the buckling protrusion are configured to cooperate to maintain the corresponding one of the plurality of connecting rods in the first position.
2 . The top connecting mechanism of the canopy according to claim 1 , wherein:
the abutting portion and a pivoting line of the end portion of the corresponding one of the plurality of connecting rods and the corresponding one of the plurality of pivoting grooves are respectively arranged on two sides of the elastic buckling column.
3 . The top connecting mechanism of the canopy according to claim 1 , wherein:
an inner side wall of the elastic buckling column is arranged flush with the second side wall, and the buckling protrusion protrudes relative to the inner side wall of the elastic buckling column.
4 . The top connecting mechanism of the canopy according to claim 1 , wherein:
an upper part and a lower part of the buckling protrusion each comprise a guiding structure.
5 . The top connecting mechanism of the canopy according to claim 1 , wherein:
each of the plurality of pivoting grooves has a first side plate and a second side plate arranged at intervals, side walls of the first side plate and the second side plate facing each other define the first side wall and the second side wall, a top of the second side wall is a stepped structure having a high part and a low part, the elastic buckling column is fixedly disposed on the low part, and a top wall of the high part is flush with a top of the buckling protrusion.
6 . The top connecting mechanism of the canopy according to claim 5 , wherein:
the low part and the high part are arranged in a front-and-rear direction.
7 . The top connecting mechanism of the canopy according to claim 5 , wherein:
each of the plurality of pivoting grooves has a groove bottom, and the first side plate and the second side plate are fixedly disposed on the groove bottom.
8 . The top connecting mechanism of the canopy according to claim 7 , wherein:
the abutting portion is fixedly disposed between a front end portion of the first side plate and a front end portion of the second side plate and protrudes from the groove bottom.
9 . The top connecting mechanism of the canopy according to claim 1 , wherein:
the plurality of pivoting grooves are arranged in a circumferential annular array, and an extending direction of each of the plurality of pivoting grooves is not arranged along a radial direction of the circumferential annular array.
10 . A canopy, comprising:
a plurality of columns, a top seat, a plurality of canopy rod assemblies, and the top connecting mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein:
a top of each of the plurality of columns is fixedly disposed with a fixed seat,
each of the plurality of columns is slidably disposed with a sliding seat,
the fixed seats and the sliding seats of adjacent two columns of the plurality of columns are connected through a scissor mechanism assembly,
the scissor mechanism assembly comprises at least one scissor mechanism,
each of the plurality of canopy rod assemblies comprises a first canopy rod and a second canopy rod,
