Abstract
A container cover and a drinking container are provided. The container cover includes a cover body, a first upper cover, a button, and a handle ring. The cover body is provided with a first drinking opening, and the first upper cover can move between a first position where the first drinking opening is covered and a second position where the first drinking opening is not covered. The button can move between a latching position and an unlatching position relative to the cover body and the first upper cover, the handle ring can move between a locking position and an unlocking position by rotating relative to the cover body, and a restraining channel is configured on the handle ring to pass through front and rear sides of the handle ring.

1 . A container cover, comprising:
a cover body, configured for being connected with a container body, the cover body being provided with a first drinking opening; a first upper cover, movably connected with the cover body and configured to selectively cover the first drinking opening, the first upper cover being movable between a first position where the first drinking opening is covered and a second position where the first drinking opening is not covered; a button, movably connected with the cover body or the first upper cover and configured to selectively hold the first upper cover in the first position, the button being movable between a latching position and an unlatching position relative to the cover body and the first upper cover; a handle ring, movably connected with one or more of the cover body and the first upper cover, the handle ring being movable between a locking position and an unlocking position by rotating relative to the cover body; wherein the handle ring is provided with a restraining channel which passes through front and rear sides of the handle ring, and the restraining channel is arranged in an area corresponding to the button when the handle ring is in the locking position; the handle ring in the locking position is configured to inhibit movement of the button from the latching position to the unlatching position by squeezing the button from outside the restraining channel, but not inhibit movement of the button from the latching position to the unlatching position by squeezing the button through the restraining channel.

The container cover according to claim 1 , wherein a width of the restraining channel is 10 mm-25 mm, and a depth of the restraining channel is 1 mm-10 mm; the restraining channel is configured for allowing an a finger tip of an operator to pass through the restraining channel to apply force to the button to move from the latching position to the unlatching position when the handle ring is in the locking position.

The container cover according to claim 2 , wherein the width of the restraining channel is 15 mm-20 mm, and the depth of the restraining channel is 2 mm-6 mm; the restraining channel is configured for allowing an the finger tip of the operator to pass through the restraining channel to apply force to the button to move from the latching position to the unlatching position when the handle ring is in the locking position.

The container cover according to claim 1 , wherein a peripheral side wall of the restraining channel is configured as a fully enclosed structure; when the handle ring is in the locking position and the button is in the latching position, an entire structure of the button is arranged on a rear side of the restraining channel to allow the handle ring to move between the locking position and the unlocking position when the button is in the latching position.

The container cover according to claim 4 , wherein the button comprises a button connecting portion and a button triggering portion connected with the button connecting portion, and the button triggering portion protrudes from a front side of the button connecting portion; when the handle ring is in the locking position and the button is in the latching position, a distance between a front side of the button triggering portion and the rear side of the restraining channel is smaller than a distance between the front side of the button connecting portion and the rear side of the restraining channel.
6 . The container cover according to claim 5 , wherein the restraining channel is configured as an elliptical channel, a circular channel, a square channel, a triangular channel, a heart-shaped channel, or a flower-shaped channel.
7 . The container cover according to claim 4 , wherein the button comprises a button connecting portion and a button triggering portion connected with the button connecting portion;
a front side of the button triggering portion is recessed relative to a front side of the button connecting portion; when the handle ring is in the locking position and the button is in the latching position, a distance between the front side of the button triggering portion and the rear side of the restraining channel is smaller than a distance between the front side of the button connecting portion and the rear side of the restraining channel; or the front side of the button triggering portion is arranged flush with the front side of the button connecting portion; when the handle ring is in the locking position and the button is in the latching position, the distance between the front side of the button triggering portion and the rear side of the restraining channel is equal to the distance between the front side of the button connecting portion and the rear side of the restraining channel.

The container cover according to claim 1 , wherein a peripheral side wall of the restraining channel is configured as a semi-enclosed structure with a lower opening, the button comprises a button connecting portion and a button triggering portion connected with the button connecting portion, and the button triggering portion protrudes from a front side of the button connecting portion; when the handle ring is in the locking position and the button is in the latching position, the button triggering portion is arranged inside the restraining channel, and the button triggering portion is allowed to extend into or out of the restraining channel from the lower opening of the restraining channel to allow the handle ring to move between the locking position and the unlocking position when the button is in the latching position.

The container cover according to claim 8 , wherein the button triggering portion is provided with a front side and a peripheral side, the peripheral side is connected between the front side of the button triggering portion and the front side of the button connecting portion, and the peripheral side wall of the restraining channel is configured as a shape matching the peripheral side of the button triggering portion; when the handle ring is in the locking position and the button is in the latching position, the front side of the button triggering portion is arranged flush with a front side of the handle ring, and the peripheral side of the button triggering portion abuts against the peripheral side wall of the restraining channel or is arranged with a gap therewith.
10 . The container cover according to claim 9 , wherein the restraining channel is configured as a 1/n circular channel, and the button triggering portion is configured as a 1/n circular structure matching the restraining channel, wherein n≥2.

The container cover according to claim 1 , wherein the restraining channel is provided inside with an elastic structure for selectively squeezing the button; when the handle ring is in the locking position and the button is in the latching position, an entire structure of the button is arranged behind the restraining channel to allow the handle ring to move between the locking position and the unlocking position when the button is in the latching position, and the elastic structure is allowed to be deformed between a deformation position where the button is squeezed to move to the unlatching position and an initial position where the button is not squeezed, so that an operator is allowed to press the elastic structure to deform to the deformation position by passing a finger tip through the restraining channel.

The container cover according to claim 11 , wherein the elastic structure comprises an elastic sheet, a first flexible sheet arranged at a front side of the elastic sheet, and a second flexible sheet arranged at a rear side of the elastic sheet; both ends of the elastic sheet are respectively connected with side walls of the restraining channel, and a deformation portion configured for convexly deforming backward is formed in a middle of the elastic sheet, so that the operator is allowed to press the first flexible sheet through the restraining channel with the finger tip to push the deformation portion to protrude backward and deform until the second flexible sheet is pushed to squeeze the button to the unlocking position.

The container cover according to claim 1 , wherein the button comprises a button connecting portion, a button triggering portion connected with the button connecting portion, and a first stopping portion connected with the button connecting portion; the button connecting portion is movably connected with a front side of the cover body in a front-to-back direction, and a front side of the first upper cover is provided with a second stopping portion arranged corresponding to the first stopping portion; when the button is in the latching position, the first stopping portion is allowed to be engaged with the second stopping portion, and when the button is in the unlatching position, the first stopping portion is separated from the second stopping portion; a first reset member for keeping the button in the latching position is arranged between the button connecting portion and the cover body, a rear side of the first upper cover is rotatably connected with a rear side of the cover body through a rotating shaft, and a second reset member for keeping the first upper cover in the second position is arranged between the rear side of the first upper cover and the rear side of the cover body.
14 . The container cover according to claim 1 , wherein a lock structure for keeping the first upper cover in the first position is arranged between an outer wall of the first upper cover and an inner wall of the handle ring; the lock structure comprises a first buckle member arranged on the outer wall of the first upper cover, and a second buckle member arranged on the inner wall of the handle ring; when the first upper cover is in the first position and the handle ring is in the locking position, the second buckle member and the first buckle member are buckled with each other to prevent the first upper cover from moving to the second position.

The container cover according to claim 1 , further comprising a second upper cover and a second drinking opening; the cover body is provided with a water passage, and the second drinking opening is arranged on a drinking spout on the first upper cover and is allowed to be communicated with the water passage; the second upper cover is configured to selectively cover the second drinking opening, and the second upper cover is movable between a third position where the second drinking opening is covered and a fourth position where the second drinking opening is not covered; when the handle ring is in the locking position, the button is in the latching position, and the second upper cover is in the third position, the handle ring is arranged below the second upper cover to allow the second upper cover to move between the third position and the fourth position.
16 . The container cover according to claim 15 , wherein a direct drinking spout is protrudingly arranged on an upper side of the cover body around the first drinking opening, and the water passage is arranged at a rear side of the direct drinking spout; the direct drinking spout on the first upper cover is configured as a suction nozzle, and the suction nozzle is rotatably connected with the first upper cover; the second drinking opening is arranged passing through the suction nozzle, and the suction nozzle is provided with a storage state in which the suction nozzle is stored relative to the first upper cover and an unfolded state in which the suction nozzle is unfolded relative to the first upper cover; when the first upper cover is in the first position and the suction nozzle is in the storage state, the suction nozzle blocks the water passage; when the first upper cover is in the first position and the suction nozzle is in an unfolded position, the second drinking opening is communicated with the water passage.
17 . A container cover, comprising:
a cover body, configured for being connected with a container body, the cover body being provided with a first drinking opening; a first upper cover, movably connected with the cover body and configured to selectively cover the first drinking opening, the first upper cover being movable between a first position where the first drinking opening is covered and a second position where the first drinking opening is not covered; a button, movably connected with the cover body or the first upper cover and configured to selectively hold the first upper cover in the first position, the button being movable between a latching position and an unlatching position relative to the cover body and the first upper cover; a handle ring, movably connected with one or more of the cover body and the first upper cover, the handle ring being movable between a locking position and an unlocking position by rotating relative to the cover body; wherein the handle ring is provided with a restraining channel which passes through front and rear sides of the handle ring, and the restraining channel is arranged in an area corresponding to the button when the handle ring is in the locking position; the button is provided with a first area located inside or behind the restraining channel of the handle ring in the locking position, and a second area located obscured by the handle ring in the locking position; in the locking position, the handle ring inhibits operation of the second area of the button, while in the unlocking position, the handle ring does not inhibit operation of the second area of the button.
18 . The container cover according to claim 17 , wherein a width of the restraining channel is 10 mm-25 mm, and a depth of the restraining channel is 1 mm-10 mm; the restraining channel is configured for allowing a finger tip of an operator to pass through the restraining channel to apply force to the button to move from the latching position to the unlatching position when the handle ring is in the locking position.
19 . The container cover according to claim 17 , wherein a width of the restraining channel is 15 mm-20 mm, and a depth of the restraining channel is 2 mm-6 mm; the restraining channel is configured for allowing a finger tip of an operator to pass through the restraining channel to apply force to the button to move from the latching position to the unlatching position when the handle ring is in the locking position.
