Abstract

Disclosed is a miniature high-speed fan. The miniature high-speed fan includes a housing, a blade wheel, a stator and a rotor. The housing is provided with a middle through chamber. The housing is provided with a frame in the middle through chamber. The stator is fixedly installed inside the frame. The frame is provided with a through opening at one end and a rear cover at the other end. A bearing installation groove is formed in each of the through opening and the rear cover. Bearings at shaft rods at two ends of the rotor are respectively installed in the bearing installation grooves. A pre-compressed spring is arranged on at least one shaft rod of the rotor, and one end of the spring abuts against the corresponding bearing.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1 . A miniature high-speed fan, comprising a housing, a blade wheel, a stator and a rotor, wherein the housing is provided with a middle through chamber; the housing is provided with a frame in the middle through chamber; the stator is fixedly installed inside the frame; the rotor is located in the middle of the stator; the frame is provided with a through opening at one end and a rear cover at the other end; a bearing installation groove is formed in each of the through opening and the rear cover; bearings at shaft rods at two ends of the rotor are respectively installed in the bearing installation grooves such that the rotor is positioned between the through opening and the rear cover; a pre-compressed spring is arranged on at least one shaft rod of the rotor, and one end of the spring abuts against the corresponding bearing; the blade wheel is arranged at the end symmetrical to the rear cover and connected to the shaft rods of the rotor.

2 . The miniature high-speed fan according to claim 1 , further comprising a circuit board, wherein conductive pins are arranged on the stator, one ends of the conductive pins are connected to a coil of the stator, and the other ends of the conductive pins pass through the rear cover and are placed outside the housing and welded to the circuit board.

3 . The miniature high-speed fan according to claim 2 , characterized in that six conductive pins are provided and respectively arranged in a circular array around the circuit board.

4 . The miniature high-speed fan according to claim 3 , characterized in that the rear cover is made of an insulating plastic.

5 . The miniature high-speed fan according to claim 1 , characterized in that: deflectors are arranged between the frame and a chamber wall of the middle through chamber.

6 . The miniature high-speed fan according to claim 2 , characterized in that: an end of the frame, that is located at the blade wheel, and the rear cover are provided with air guide holes, and the air guide holes are in communication with the interior of the frame.

7 . The miniature high-speed fan according to claim 6 , characterized in that: the conductive pins pass through the air guide holes.
