Abstract

The present invention relates to a toilet unclogging device, which comprises: an elongated member that is formed to be elastically deformable so that at least a part enters and exits a trap along the toilet trap; a housing member that is formed in a tubular shape and houses at least a part of the elongated member inside; a rotating member that is connected to the other end of the elongated member, housed on the inner side of the housing member, and transmits a rotational force applied from a rotating device to the elongated member to thereby rotate the elongated member; and a sticking release member that is coupled to one end of the elongated member and collides with foreign matters firmly sticking to the trap by the movement of the elongated member, thereby releasing sticking of the foreign matters from the trap.

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . A toilet unclogging device comprising:
an elongated member that is formed to be elastically deformable so that at least a part enters and exits a trap along a toilet trap; a housing member that is formed in a tubular shape and houses at least a part of the elongated member inside; a rotating member that is connected to the other end of the elongated member, housed on the inner side of the housing member, and transmits a rotational force applied from a rotating device to the elongated member to thereby rotate the elongated member; and a sticking release member that is coupled to one end of the elongated member and collides with foreign matters firmly sticking to the trap by the movement of the elongated member, thereby releasing sticking of the foreign matters from the trap, wherein the housing member comprises a plurality of housing tubes having different diameters, wherein the housing member further comprises an elastic tube which is formed in a tubular shape made from a flexible material, and in which the other end is coupled to one end of a second housing tube having the smallest diameter among the plurality of housing tubes, and a part of the elongated member is housed on the inside, wherein the elastic tube comprises an inflow prevention ring in which an outer side surface and an inner surface of the elongated member are in close contact with each other, but the shape is deformed in correspondence to the bending shape of the elongated member, and formed into a ring shape made from a flexible material, wherein the inflow prevention ring is formed with a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the elongated member so that its outer side surface is located in contact with the circumference of the inner side surface of the elastic tube, and is elastically deformed when the elongated member is inserted inside, so that its inner side circumference is tightly attached to the outer side surface of the elongated member, wherein the elastic tube and the inflow prevention ring prevent foreign matters from flowing into the inside of the elongated member, wherein the elongated member is configured such that a plurality of screw blades are located to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance on the outer peripheral surface of the area housed in the housing member, wherein the plurality of screw blades are formed in a semicircular shape, but are inclined at a predetermined angle without being perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the elongated member, and are coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the elongated member, so that they rotate together within the housing member when the elongated member rotates, thereby transporting foreign matters flowing into the housing member within the housing member and discharging the foreign matters to the outside of the housing member.

2 . The toilet unclogging device according to claim 1 , wherein the rotating member comprises:
a fixing tube that is formed in a tubular shape passing through the inside, and fixed to the inner side surface of the housing member; a rotating block that is inserted inside the fixed tube so as to be rotatable inside the fixed tube, with one end being coupled to the other end of the elongated member; and a rotating tip that is inserted into the inner side of the fixing tube so as to be rotatable inside the fixing tube, with one end being coupled to the other end of the rotating block and the other end being coupled to the rotating device.

3 . The toilet unclogging device according to claim 1 , wherein the sticking release member comprises:
a fixing block of which the other end is coupled to one end of the elongated member; and a sticking releasing tip that is at least partially inserted into the inner side of the fixing block to be coupled with the fixing block, and collides with the foreign matters to release sticking of the foreign matters from the trap, wherein the sticking releasing tip comprises a body part into which the fixing block is inserted inside.

4 . The toilet unclogging device according to claim 3 , wherein:
the sticking releasing tip further comprises any one of a cutting ring; a sawtooth cutting ring; and a spiral wire, the cutting ring is formed in a partially cut ring shape and is fixedly coupled to the body part so that the cut area faces forward, the sawtooth cutting ring is formed in a partially cut ring shape, has a plurality of protruding teeth formed on an outer side surface thereof, and is fixedly coupled to the body part so that the cut area faces forward, and the spiral wire is fixedly coupled to the body part, and formed into a spiral shape, but the diameter of the spiral becomes longer as it gets farther away from the body part, or the gap between the wires becomes longer.

5 . The toilet unclogging device according to claim 1 , wherein:
the plurality of the housing tubes are slid and inserted into the inside of adjacent housing tubes so that the elongated member is more exposed to the outside of the housing tubes, or are slid and pulled out from the outside of adjacent housing tubes so that the elongated member is more housed inside the housing tubes, and the toilet unclogging device further comprises an elastic member that is housed inside the plurality of housing tubes and is elastically deformed by the slide insertion or slide pulling-out of the plurality of housing tubes, and applies an elastic force generated by the elastic deformation to the plurality of housing tubes.
