Abstract

The invention relates to a rod holder for trampolines, having a first sleeve portion and a second sleeve portion which is connected to the first sleeve portion with variable spacing and which forms therewith a receptacle for a circumferential trampoline frame which extends in the axial direction of the receptacle and which has a circular cross section, wherein in order to form the receptacle the first sleeve portion has a first partial receptacle and the second sleeve portion has a second partial receptacle.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A rod holder for trampolines for receiving a rod, having
a first sleeve portion, and a second sleeve portion which is connected to the first sleeve portion with variable spacing and which forms therewith a receptacle for a circumferential trampoline frame which extends in the axial direction of the receptacle and which has a circular cross section, wherein in order to form the receptacle the first sleeve portion has a first partial receptacle and the second sleeve portion has a second partial receptacle, wherein the first partial receptacle is configured to be curved in the axial direction.

2 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the second partial receptacle is configured to be curved in the axial direction.

3 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 1 , wherein, in the orientation of the rod holder when in use, the first sleeve portion is arranged above the second sleeve portion or vice versa.

4 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first sleeve portion is screwed to the second sleeve portion, wherein at least one first screw is arranged at one side of the receptacle and at least one second screw is arranged at the other side of the receptacle.

5 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the extent direction of the at least first screw and the at least second screw in the orientation of the rod holder when in use extends vertically.

6 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first sleeve portion has an opening for retaining a rod.

7 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the rod holder has a stop for the rod and a pulling piece for pulling a holding rod which has been inserted into the opening in the direction toward the stop, wherein the pulling piece can preferably be moved relative to the second sleeve portion.

8 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the stop is arranged in the extent direction of the rod between the opening and the pulling piece.

9 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the stop is formed by the second sleeve portion.

10 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the second sleeve portion forms a sliding face for the pulling piece on which the pulling piece slides when it is activated.

11 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the pulling piece covers the at least first screw in the mounted state.

12 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the opening is configured to receive a rod with an angular cross section in a rotationally secure manner, and in that, when the rod is inserted and fixed in the opening, two opposing corners of the rod are located on a radial axis of the trampoline.

13 . A rod holder for trampolines for receiving a rod, having
a first sleeve portion, and a second sleeve portion which is connected to the first sleeve portion with variable spacing and which forms therewith a receptacle for a circumferential trampoline frame which extends in the axial direction of the receptacle and which has a circular cross section, wherein in order to form the receptacle the first sleeve portion has a first partial receptacle and the second sleeve portion has a second partial receptacle, wherein in the orientation of the rod holder when in use, the first sleeve portion is arranged above the second sleeve portion or vice versa.

14 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 13 , wherein the second partial receptacle is configured to be curved in the axial direction.

15 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 13 , wherein the first sleeve portion is screwed to the second sleeve portion, wherein at least one first screw is arranged at one side of the receptacle and at least one second screw is arranged at the other side of the receptacle.

16 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 15 , wherein the extent direction of the at least first screw and the at least second screw in the orientation of the rod holder when in use extends vertically.

17 . A rod holder for trampolines for receiving a rod, having
a first sleeve portion, and a second sleeve portion which is connected to the first sleeve portion with a variable spacing and which forms therewith a receptacle for a circumferential trampoline frame which extends in the axial direction of the receptacle and which has a circular cross section, wherein in order to form the receptacle the first sleeve portion has a first partial receptacle and the second sleeve portion has a second partial receptacle, wherein the first sleeve portion has an opening for retaining a rod, said opening is configured to receive a rod with an angular cross section in a rotationally secure manner, wherein, when the rod is inserted and fixed in the opening, two opposing corners of the rod are located on a radial axis of the trampoline.

18 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 17 , wherein the rod holder has a stop for the rod and a pulling piece for pulling a holding rod which has been inserted into the opening in the direction toward the stop, wherein the pulling piece can preferably be moved relative to the second sleeve portion.

19 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 18 , wherein the stop is arranged in the extent direction of the rod between the opening and the pulling piece.

20 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 18 , wherein the stop is formed by the second sleeve portion.

21 . The rod holder as claimed in claim 18 , wherein the second sleeve portion forms a sliding face for the pulling piece on which the pulling piece slides when it is activated.
