Claims

Abstract

A thermal cup for cycling includes a thermal cup body and a cup cover. The cup cover includes an installation chamber, a switching device, an air pump, a control board, a trigger device and a battery. The installation chamber includes an air inlet channel and a water outlet channel. The switching device includes an outer lid assembly and an unlocking member. An air inlet end of the air pump is communicated with the outside through the air inlet channel, and an air outlet end of the air pump is communicated with a water storage chamber of the thermal cup body. The control board is configured to control the air pump to start or stop. The trigger device includes a trigger switch electrically connected to the control board. The battery is configured to supply power to the control board.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A thermal cup for cycling, comprising:
 a thermal cup body; and   a cup cover,   wherein the cup cover comprises an installation chamber, a switching device, an air pump, a control board, a trigger device and a battery;   the installation chamber comprises an air inlet channel and a water outlet channel, a lower end of the water outlet channel is communicated with a bottom of the thermal cup body, and an upper end of the water outlet channel is communicated with an outside;   the switching device comprises an outer lid assembly for opening or closing the water outlet channel and an unlocking member for opening the outer lid assembly, the outer lid assembly is flipped from front to back to open, and the unlocking member is provided on a front side of the installation chamber;   the air pump is provided in the installation chamber, an air inlet end of the air pump is communicated with the outside through the air inlet channel, and an air outlet end of the air pump is communicated with a water storage chamber of the thermal cup body;   the control board is provided in the installation chamber, and is configured to control the air pump to start or stop;   the trigger device comprises a trigger switch electrically connected to the control board; and   the battery is provided in the installation chamber, and is configured to supply power to the control board.   
     
     
         2 . The thermal cup for cycling according to  claim 1 , wherein the trigger switch is provided in the installation chamber, the trigger device further comprises a trigger assembly provided at a rear side of the installation chamber, the trigger assembly is configured to move forward or backward, and when the trigger assembly moves forward, the trigger switch is pressed, and a first reset spring is provided on the trigger assembly to generate a backward force on the trigger assembly. 
     
     
         3 . The thermal cup for cycling according to  claim 2 , wherein the trigger assembly comprises a pressing member, an anti-slip member and a threaded connector, the pressing member is provided outside the installation chamber, the anti-slip member is provided inside the installation chamber, the threaded connector connects the pressing member and the anti-slip member, and the threaded connector is abutted against the trigger switch. 
     
     
         4 . The thermal cup for cycling according to  claim 3 , wherein:
 a first sealing ring is provided between the trigger assembly and the installation chamber, and the trigger assembly is translated forward to release a seal;   the first sealing ring is provided on an outside of the installation chamber,   the first sealing ring is compressed along a direction perpendicular to a translation direction of the trigger assembly;   the pressing member and the anti-slip member both have a T-shaped portion; and   a diameter of a column of the T-shaped portion of the pressing member is smaller than a diameter of a column of the T-shaped portion of the anti-slip member, and is smaller than an aperture of the first sealing ring.   
     
     
         5 . The thermal cup for cycling according to  claim 3 , wherein a first sealing ring is provided on an inside of the installation chamber, and the first sealing ring is compressed by the anti-slip member along a translation direction of the trigger assembly. 
     
     
         6 . The thermal cup for cycling according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the installation chamber comprises an upper lid and a lower lid, the upper lid and the lower lid are both bowl-shaped and buckled to form a closed installation chamber; and   the cup cover further comprises a suction nozzle provided on the upper lid, the outer lid assembly opens or closes the suction nozzle, the lower lid is provided with an air inlet hole communicated with the air outlet end of the air pump and a lower water passage hole, and the upper lid is provided with an upper water passage hole.   
     
     
         7 . The thermal cup for cycling according to  claim 6 , wherein:
 the installation chamber further comprises a mounting frame provided between the upper lid and the lower lid;   the mounting frame is provided with a through hole, and a second sealing ring is provided between an edge of the mounting frame, the upper lid and the lower lid;   the control board, the battery, and the air pump are provided on the mounting frame; and   a lower end of the air pump is provided with a third sealing ring, and the third sealing ring is compressed by the lower lid and the mounting frame.   
     
     
         8 . The thermal cup for cycling according to  claim 7 , wherein:
 the lower lid is provided with a fourth sealing ring in the lower water passage hole, a lower end of the mounting frame is abutted against the fourth sealing ring, the cup cover further comprises a conduit inserted into the fourth sealing ring;   the upper lid is provided with a fifth sealing ring in the upper water passage hole, an upper end of the mounting frame is abutted against the fifth sealing ring, the suction nozzle is clamped with the mounting frame, and the fourth sealing ring and the through hole form the water outlet channel; and   the upper lid is connected to the mounting frame by screws, and the mounting frame is connected to the lower lid by screws.   
     
     
         9 . The thermal cup for cycling according to  claim 6 , wherein:
 the outer lid assembly comprises an outer lid and a sealing block induction welded with the outer lid, the suction nozzle is a silicone suction nozzle, and the sealing block is abutted against the silicone suction nozzle; and   the unlocking member is engaged with the outer lid, and the unlocking member is engaged with the upper lid.   
     
     
         10 . The thermal cup for cycling according to  claim 9 , wherein the unlocking member is translated forward or backward, and a second reset spring is provided on the unlocking member, and is configured to generate a forward force on the unlocking member, and a torsion spring is provided on the outer lid. 
     
     
         11 . The thermal cup for cycling according to  claim 1 , wherein the air pump operates at a first power for a first time, and then operates at a second power, and the first power is less than the second power.
