Two-Piece Detachable Coverall Device

Abstract

A two-piece detachable coverall device is provided. The device is comprised of a coverall body comprised of an upper half and a lower half. The halves can be separated via a set of reciprocating fasteners. The upper half covers the torso, while the lower half covers the legs, each with adjustable fasteners for tightening. The separable design of the halves allows easy use of the restroom without having to remove the entire garment and/or a portion of the garment completely. This method of use involves detaching the upper and lower halves, using the restroom, and then reattaching the halves once finished.

1 . A two-piece detachable coverall device comprising:
 a coverall body comprised of:
 an upper half comprised of a first fastener positioned on a bottom edge of the upper half; 
 a lower half comprised of a second fastener positioned on a top edge of the lower half; 
 a closable pocket on a portion of the upper half securable via a magnetic pocket fastener; 
 a tool receiving loop attached to a portion of the coverall body; and 
 a padding on a portion of the coverall body. 
   
     
     
         2 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 1 , wherein the upper half is comprised of a sleeve. 
     
     
         3 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 1 , wherein the lower half is comprised of a pant leg. 
     
     
         4 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 1 , wherein the first fastener and the second fastener are comprised of a pair of reciprocating fasteners. 
     
     
         5 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 4 , wherein the first fastener and the second fastener are comprised of a zipper assembly. 
     
     
         6 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 4 , wherein the first fastener and the second fastener are comprised of a snap button assembly. 
     
     
         7 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 4 , wherein the first fastener is comprised of a hook fastener and the second fastener is comprised of a loop fastener. 
     
     
         8 . A two-piece detachable coverall device comprising:
 a coverall body comprised of:
 an upper half comprised of a first fastener positioned on a bottom edge of the upper half, a neck hole, and a sleeve; 
 a lower half comprised of a second fastener positioned on a top edge of the lower half, and a pant leg; 
 a closable pocket on a portion of the lower half; 
 a tool receiving loop attached to a portion of the coverall body; and 
 a battery powered repositionable light attachable to the coverall body. 
   
     
     
         9 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 8 , wherein the lower half is comprised of a fly closure. 
     
     
         10 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 8 , wherein the lower half is comprised of a waistband closure. 
     
     
         11 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 8 , wherein the lower half is comprised of a belt loop. 
     
     
         12 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 8 , wherein the sleeve is comprised of a third fastener that allows a first portion of the sleeve to be removed from a second portion of the sleeve. 
     
     
         13 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 12 , wherein the pant leg is comprised of a fourth fastener that allows a first portion of the pant leg to be removed from a second portion of the pant leg. 
     
     
         14 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 8 , wherein the upper half is comprised of a collar. 
     
     
         15 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 13 , wherein the sleeve is comprised of a fifth fastener adapted to tighten the sleeve. 
     
     
         16 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 15 , wherein the pant leg is comprised of a sixth fastener adapted to tighten the pant leg. 
     
     
         17 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 8 , wherein the neck hole is comprised of a collar. 
     
     
         18 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 8 , wherein the coverall body is comprised of a ventilated area. 
     
     
         19 . The two-piece detachable coverall device of  claim 8 , wherein the coverall body is comprised of a reflective element. 
     
     
         20 . A method of using a two-piece detachable coverall device, the method comprising:
 providing a two-piece detachable coverall device comprised of a coverall body comprised of an upper half removably attached to a lower half via a set of reciprocating fasteners;   placing the upper half around an upper body of a user and the lower half around a lower body of the user, and then connecting the upper half to the lower half by connecting the set of reciprocating fasteners;   separating the set of reciprocating fasteners to separate the upper half from the lower half;   using a restroom while the upper half and the lower half remain around the upper body and the lower body of the user;   re-attaching the upper half to the lower half by securing the set of reciprocating fasteners back together,   securing a tool within a tool receiving loop attached to a portion of the coverall body; and   placing an object into a closable pocket on a portion of the lower half and securing a flap to the closable pocket with a magnetic fastener.
