Abstract

A smoking articulation using retaining topper for containing herbal materials includes a dried herbal material and a smoking paper for rolling the dried herbal material into conically shaped articulation. A topper is then configured at a wide end of the articulation and folded for preventing the escape of herbal materials from the articulation. The invention further includes method for forming a smoking articulation that includes rolling a dried herbal material into a trapezoidal shaped wrapping paper to form a conical articulation. A topper is then over the articulation and the topper moved to a wide end of the articulation. The topper is then folded or twisted over the end of the articulation so to contain all the herbal material therein.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
We claim:

         1 . A smoking articulation comprising:
a dried herbal material; a smoking paper for rolling the dried herbal material into conically shaped articulation; a topper configured at a wide end of the articulation for preventing the escape of herbal materials from the articulation.

2 . A smoking articulation as in claim 1 , where the topper is folded at the end of the articulation for achieving a tight fit.

3 . A smoking articulation, as in claim 1 , wherein the topper is flavored to enhance the smoking experience.

4 . A method for forming a smoking articulation comprising the steps of:
rolling a dried herbal material into a trapezoidal shaped wrapping paper to form a conical articulation; configuring a topper over a narrow end of the articulation; moving the topper to a wide end of the articulation; and folding the topper over the end of the articulation so to contain all the herbal material therein.

5 . A method for forming a smoking articulation as in claim 4 , where the topper is flavored to enhance the smoking experience.

6 . A smoking articulation for use in smoking a dried herbal material comprising:
a topper having both a wide end and narrow end for preventing the escape of the herbal material from the articulation; and wherein the topper slips over a rolled smoking paper, having a wide end and a narrow end, filled with dried herbal material, so the topper retains the dried herbal material within the wide end of the smoking articulation.

7 . A smoking articulation as in claim 6 , wherein the topper has a truncated conical shape.

8 . A smoking articulation as in claim 6 , wherein the topper is flavored to enhance the smoking experience.
