Abstract
Provided are a magnesium rod assembly and a water heater. The magnesium rod assembly includes a magnesium rod, a first conductor, a stop member, a second conductor, a resistor, and an insulation member. The first conductor is connected to the magnesium rod and includes a first portion. The stop member is disposed at the first portion. By taking a length direction of the magnesium rod assembly as an axial direction, the stop member protrudes with respect to the first portion in a radial direction. The second conductor includes a second portion. The resistor is connected to the first conductor and the second conductor. The first portion, the second portion, the stop member, and the resistor are molded in the insulation member.

1 . A magnesium rod assembly comprising:
a magnesium rod; a first conductor connected to the magnesium rod, the first conductor comprising a first portion; a stop member disposed at the first portion, by taking a length direction of the magnesium rod assembly as an axial direction, the stop member protruding with respect to the first portion in a radial direction; a second conductor comprising a second portion; a resistor connected to the first conductor and the second conductor; and an insulation member, the first portion, the second portion, the stop member, and the resistor being molded in the insulation member.
2 . The magnesium rod assembly according to claim 1 , wherein:
the first portion is a screw rod; and the stop member is a nut.
3 . The magnesium rod assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the first conductor further comprises a third portion wrapped by the magnesium rod.
4 . The magnesium rod assembly according to claim 3 , wherein the third portion is a screw rod.
5 . The magnesium rod assembly according to claim 3 , wherein the third portion comprises a first head portion and a first rod portion, wherein:
the first head portion, the first rod portion, and the first portion are arranged sequentially; and a first step space is formed between the first head portion and the first rod portion.
6 . The magnesium rod assembly according to claim 5 , wherein the first rod portion is a screw rod.
7 . The magnesium rod assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the second portion is a screw rod.
8 . The magnesium rod assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the second portion comprises a second head portion and a second rod portion, wherein:
the second head portion and the second rod portion are arranged sequentially in a direction away from the first conductor; and a second step space is formed between the second head portion and the second rod portion.
9 . The magnesium rod assembly according to claim 8 , wherein the second rod portion is a screw rod.
10 . The magnesium rod assembly according to claim 5 , wherein:
a first head portion and a first rod portion of the first conductor are integrally formed, the first head portion being stamped into a flat shape; and/or a second head portion and a second rod portion of the second conductor are integrally formed, the second head portion being stamped into a flat shape.
11 . The magnesium rod assembly according to claim 8 , wherein:
a first head portion and a first rod portion of the first conductor are integrally formed, the first head portion being stamped into a flat shape; and/or a second head portion and a second rod portion of the second conductor are integrally formed, the second head portion being stamped into a flat shape.
12 . A water heater comprising:
