Tobacco pipe lighter
Abstract
The present application discloses a tobacco pipe lighter, and relates to the technical field of lighters. The tobacco pipe lighter includes a shell, an ignition mechanism linked with a toggle member slidably disposed on the shell, a fire outlet hood hidden in the shell and linked with the ignition mechanism, and a tobacco pipe juxtaposed with the fire outlet hood and used for storing cut tobacco, wherein the ignition mechanism includes an ignition member, a swing member and an elastic member, and when the toggle member toggles, a release member cooperates with the ignition member to perform ignition while the swing member pushes the fire outlet hood out of the shell, and a flame is jet out of the fire outlet hood. The present application is not only safe in use and small, but also can avoid fire insulation, thereby increasing the ignition rate.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A tobacco pipe lighter, comprising:
a shell ( 1 ); an ignition mechanism linked with a toggle member ( 6 ) slidably disposed on the shell ( 1 ); a fire outlet hood ( 43 ) hidden in the shell ( 1 ) and linked with the ignition mechanism; and a tobacco pipe ( 121 ) juxtaposed with the fire outlet hood ( 43 ) and used for storing cut tobacco; wherein the ignition mechanism comprises an ignition member ( 32 ), a swing member ( 42 ) and an elastic member, the toggle member ( 6 ) is linked with the swing member ( 42 ), the elastic member is connected between the swing member ( 42 ) and the ignition member ( 32 ) and is capable of achieving delayed ignition of the ignition member ( 32 ), the ignition member ( 32 ) is linked with a release member ( 5 ) used for discharge, and when the toggle member ( 6 ) toggles, the release member ( 5 ) cooperates with the ignition member ( 32 ) to perform ignition while the swing member ( 42 ) pushes the fire outlet hood ( 43 ) out of the shell ( 1 ), and a flame is jet out of the fire outlet hood ( 43 ).
2 . The tobacco pipe lighter of claim 1 , wherein the ignition mechanism further comprises a toggle plate ( 35 ) connected in a seesaw way between the release member ( 5 ) and the ignition member ( 32 ).
3 . The tobacco pipe lighter of claim 1 , wherein a windshield ( 12 ) is further disposed in the shell ( 1 ), an upper cover ( 11 ) is rotatably disposed on the windshield ( 12 ), a flow channel ( 123 ) communicating the tobacco pipe ( 121 ) and the upper cover ( 11 ) is disposed in the windshield ( 12 ), and the fire outlet hood ( 43 ) protrudes out of the windshield ( 12 ) when being pushed out.
4 . The tobacco pipe lighter of claim 1 , wherein the ignition mechanism comprises a transmission component ( 4 ), and the transmission component ( 4 ) comprises:
a moving rack slidably disposed in the shell ( 1 ) and connected to the toggle member ( 6 ), wherein the fire outlet hood ( 43 ) is disposed on the moving rack ( 41 ); and the swing member ( 42 ) pivoted to the interior of the shell ( 1 ) and abutting against the moving rack ( 41 ).
5 . The tobacco pipe lighter of claim 1 , wherein the release member ( 5 ) is connected to a fuel tank ( 31 ) of the shell ( 1 ), and the fuel tank ( 31 ) abuts against the toggle plate ( 35 ).
6 . The tobacco pipe lighter of claim 5 , wherein the elastic member is accommodated in a supporting seat ( 34 ), the supporting seat ( 34 ) abuts against the swing member ( 42 ), and the supporting seat ( 34 ) is provided with at least one connecting block ( 341 ) connected to the toggle plate ( 35 ).
7 . The tobacco pipe lighter of claim 4 , wherein one end of the swing member ( 42 ) is provided with a first abutting arm ( 421 ) abutting against the moving rack ( 41 ), and the other end of the swing member ( 42 ) is provided with a second abutting arm ( 422 ) abutting against the elastic member.
8 . The tobacco pipe lighter of claim 6 , wherein one end of the swing member ( 42 ) is provided with a first abutting arm ( 421 ) abutting against the moving rack ( 41 ), and the other end of the swing member ( 42 ) is provided with a second abutting arm ( 422 ) abutting against the elastic member.
9 . The tobacco pipe lighter of claim 1 , wherein the shell ( 1 ) is further provided with an adjusting knob ( 2 ) used for adjusting a flame.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
