Nautical anchor
Abstract
Nautical anchor comprising three flat pieces, consisting of a penetration nail, a positioning clamp and a supporting arm, which have a configuration that allows, quickly, easily, and without the need for the use of tools for it, the mutual coupling of the same, being firmly joined and arranged symmetrically with respect to a central vertical longitudinal plane and facing each other, in their working position, so that the nail and the arm are completely perpendicular to each other, the nail being located in a horizontal plane and the arm in a longitudinal vertical plane, while the clamp is located in an inclined vertical plane, facing transversely to the arm and forming an angle greater than 90° with respect to the nail.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A nautical anchor comprising a penetration nail, a positioning clamp and a supporting arm, which have a configuration that allows, quickly, easily, and without the need for the use of tools for it, the mutual coupling of the same, being firmly joined and arranged symmetrically with respect to a central vertical longitudinal plane and facing each other, in their working position, so that the nail and the arm are completely perpendicular to each other, the nail being located in a horizontal plane and the arm in a longitudinal vertical plane, while the clamp is located in an inclined vertical plane, facing transversely to the arm and forming an angle greater than 90° with respect to the nail.
2 . The nautical anchor, according to claim 1 , further comprising the inclusion of a fixing means that is fastened by a pin in a hole of the rear end of the supporting arm, to ensure the union between it and the positioning clamp.
3 . The nautical anchor, according to claim 1 , wherein the penetration nail has a substantially triangular plantar configuration, with a pointed front end that determines the interlocking zone, being provided on the opposite side to said tip with at least one central hole, arranged perpendicularly to said side, which is suitable to receive a lower hook-shaped protrusion of the supporting arm, and at least one hole or a lateral protrusion, arranged parallel to said side, suitable to engage with at least one flap of the positioning clamp.
4 . The nautical anchor, according to claim 3 , wherein the positioning clamp has a plantar configuration in the form of a semicircular fence and has at least one flap at the rectilinear base of said semicircular fence, suitable for fitting with the hole or the lateral protrusion of the nail, and a central hole made in a peninsula of material provided for this purpose in the center of the hollow of the semicircular fence, suitable for receiving a protrusion of the rear end of the supporting arm.
5 . The nautical anchor, according to claims 3 , wherein the nail has two lateral holes suitable for receiving respective flaps that emerge from the rectilinear base of the positioning clamp, said flaps being bent with respect to the rest of the clamp piece with an angle that defines the angle of inclination of said piece with respect to the penetration nail.
6 . The nautical anchor, according to claim 3 , wherein the nail has two lateral protrusions suitable to fit into respective recesses provided in the flap of the clamp which, in turn, defines its rectilinear base, said flap being unfolded with respect to the rest of the clamp piece so that the entire clamp piece is completely flat and the angle of inclination that it presents in its coupling with the nail is defined by the inclination of the recesses where the lateral protrusions of the nail support.
7 . The nautical anchor, according to claim 3 , wherein the support arm has an elongated configuration that has a protrusion at its rear end, and suitable to fit in the central hole of the clamp, a hook-shaped lower protrusion, suitable to fit in the central hole of the nail and, at least, a perforation at the opposite distal end, suitable to insert a ring or anchor ring.
8 . The nautical anchor, according to claim 7 , wherein the distal end of the arm has two perforations to be able to locate the anchor ring in two different positions, as desired.
9 . The nautical anchor, according to claim 7 , wherein the protrusion of the rear end of the arm is provided with a hole for the pin of the fixing means.
10 . The nautical anchor, according to any one of the preceding claims claim 7 , characterized in that wherein the three pieces are pieces of sheet metal of variable thickness, obtained by cutting it.
11 . The nautical anchor according to claim 7 , wherein the three pieces are metallic, of plastic material or a combination of both types of material.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
