Abstract

An exercise bar is disclosed to aid one in doing various exercises such as squats and landmines. The bar can be used by itself or anchored to stationary point. The bar is segmented in multiple sections. There are four sections of the bar with one of the center sections being without a sleeve on the bar. The section closest to the landmine anchor point is covered with a sleeve. The segment next to it does not contain a sleeve. The fourth section of the bar is designed to be held by the user while the bar is being used. To aid in holding the bar, the bar contains knurling which traverses the length of the fourth section.

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . An exercise bar comprising:
 a first segment; a second segment; a third segment; a fourth segment; the first segment being cylindrical in shape; the first segment having an attached end and an exposed end; and the second segment having a first attached end and a second attached end.

         2 . The exercise bar as claimed in claim 1 comprising:
 the first segment having an external surface;
 the first segment being having a first sleeve on its external surface; and
 the first sleeve traversing the length of the first segment.

         3 . The exercise base as claimed in claim 1 comprising:
 the attached end of the first segment attaching to the first attached end of the second segment;
 a first lip being perimetrically positioned around the bar where the first segment and the first attached end of the second segment meet; and
 the second segment being cylindrical in shape.

         4 . The exercise bar as claimed in claim 1 comprising:
 the second segment and fourth segment being narrower in diameter than the first and third segment.

         5 . The exercise bar as claimed in claim 1 comprising:
 the third segment having an external surface;
 the third segment having a second sleeve on its external surface; and
 the second sleeve traversing the length of the third segment.

         6 . The exercise bar as claimed in claim 1 comprising:
 the third segment having a first attached end and a second attached end;
 the second attached end of the second segment being attached to the first attached end of the third segment; and
 the third segment being cylindrical in shape.

         7 . The exercise bar as claimed in claim 1 comprising:
 the fourth segment having an attached end and an exposed end;
 the fourth segment being cylindrical in shape; and
 the exposed end of the fourth segment being connected to the second attached end of the third segment.

         8 . An exercise bar comprising:
 a first segment; a second segment; a third segment; a fourth segment; the first segment being cylindrical in shape; the first segment having an attached end and an exposed end; and the second segment having a first attached end and a second attached end; the first segment having an external surface; and the first segment being having a first sleeve on its external surface.

         9 . The exercise bar as claimed in claim 8 comprising:
 the first sleeve traversing the length of the first segment;
 the attached end of the first segment attaching to the first attached end of the second segment;
 a first lip being perimetrically positioned around the bar where the first segment and the first attached end of the second segment meet; and
 the second segment being cylindrical in shape.

         10 . The exercise bar as claimed in claim 8 :
 the second segment and fourth segment being narrower in diameter than the first and third segment; and the third segment having an external surface.

         11 . The exercise bar as claimed in claim 8 comprising:
 the third segment having a second sleeve on its external surface; and
 the second sleeve traversing the length of the third segment.

         12 . The exercise bar as claimed in claim 8 comprising:
 the third segment having a first attached end and a second attached end; and
 the second attached end of the second segment being attached to the first attached end of the third segment;
 a second lip being perimetrically positioned around the bar where the second segment and the first attached end of the third segment connect.

         13 . The exercise bar as claimed in claim 8 comprising:
 the third segment being cylindrical in shape; and
 the fourth segment having an attached end and an exposed end.

         14 . The exercise bar as claimed in claim 8 :
 the fourth segment being cylindrical in shape; and the exposed end of the fourth segment being connected to the second attached end of the third segment.

         15 . An exercise bar comprising:
