Abstract

The invention discloses a backpack structure, which comprises a backpack body, an inverted U-shaped supporting rod, two elastic connecting belts and two shoulder straps. The inverted U-shaped supporting rod is located directly above the backpack body, has free ends at two ends, and a plurality of positioning grooves are disposed on the inverted U-shaped supporting rod; one end of each of the elastic connecting belts is connected to the free end of the inverted U-shaped supporting rod, and another end is connected to the backpack body; and the shoulder straps are correspondingly disposed on a back side of the backpack body on the left and right, one end of each of the shoulder straps is connected to the positioning groove of the inverted U-shaped supporting rod, and another end is movably connected to a lower side or a side of the backpack body.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A backpack structure, comprising:
a backpack body; an inverted U-shaped supporting rod, located directly above the backpack body, comprising free ends at two ends, and a plurality of positioning grooves being disposed on the inverted U-shaped supporting rod; two elastic connecting belts, each having one end connected to one of the free ends of the inverted U-shaped supporting rod, and an other end connected to the backpack body; and two shoulder straps, correspondingly disposed on a back side of the backpack body at left and right, one end of each of the shoulder straps being connected to one of the plurality of positioning grooves of the inverted U-shaped supporting rod, and an other end being movably connected to a lower side or a side of the backpack body.

2 . The backpack structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the two shoulder straps are connected to the positioning grooves by buckling, tight fitting, hooking or touch fastening.

3 . The backpack structure as claimed in claim 2 , wherein one end of each of the two shoulder straps is connected to one of the plurality of positioning grooves by buckling, a fixing member is disposed at one end of each of the two shoulder straps, each fixing member corresponds to one of the plurality of positioning grooves to form a positioning hole, and at least one fastener passes through the positioning hole and the positioning groove for positioning.

4 . The backpack structure as claimed in claim 3 , wherein each fixing member comprises a guide portion for guiding the fixing member to move axially along the inverted U-shaped supporting rod.

5 . The backpack structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the other ends of the two elastic connecting belts and the other ends of the two shoulder straps are respectively connected to the backpack body by buckling, tight fitting, hooking or touch fastening.

6 . The backpack structure as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the other ends of the two elastic connecting belts and the other ends of the two shoulder straps are respectively connected to the backpack body by buckling, a push-release buckle with a snap-fitting portion and a joining portion is fixed in between, the snap-fitting portion is fixed to the joining portion through at least one elastic button formed on the snap-fitting portion.

7 . The backpack structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the inverted U-shaped supporting rod comprises a horizontal section corresponding to an upper side of the backpack body, extending in opposite directions and connecting with two curved sections being bent and extended corresponding to the sides of the backpack body, the free ends are respectively formed on the curved sections.

8 . The backpack structure as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the inverted U-shaped supporting rod is separated from the backpack body by a static spacing.

9 . The backpack structure as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the backpack body further comprises at least one hanging lug disposed on the upper side or the side of the backpack body corresponding to the inverted U-shaped supporting rod, and the inverted U-shaped supporting rod is inserted into the hanging lug.

10 . The backpack structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each of the two elastic connecting belts is a fabric belt.
