Abstract

A temporary filling device for an inner diameter of a ring and its application method, belonging to the field of jewelry repair technology. The specially designed ring holder and clamping pad in this invention can stably fix the ring, ensuring that the application of shadowless adhesive and the ultraviolet curing process proceed smoothly. Shadowless adhesive is used as the filling material, which has good flexibility and adhesion. After curing, it will not leave any trace or affect the appearance, maintaining the original look of the ring. Overall, this invention simplifies the traditional process of adjusting ring sizes, improves operational efficiency and accuracy, while also maintaining aesthetic appeal and appearance quality. It has a wide market prospect and commercial value in practical applications.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A temporary filling device for an inner diameter of a ring, which is characterized by comprising an ultraviolet lamp ( 1 ) and a ring bracket ( 4 ), wherein two brackets ( 2 ) are arranged on a lower side of the ultraviolet lamp ( 1 ), the side end of the ultraviolet lamp ( 1 ) is fixedly connected with a power line ( 3 ), two ends of the ring bracket ( 4 ) are fixedly connected with clamping pads ( 5 ), the clamping pads ( 5 ) are used for holding the ring.

2 . The application method of the temporary filling device of claim 1 , comprises the following steps:
 a) wear the original ring on the user's finger and then measure the gap between the finger and the ring; b) remove the ring and use shadowless adhesive to evenly brush the inner wall of the ring; slowly rotate the ring to ensure that the adhesive is evenly distributed inside the ring circle; the thickness should be based on the data measured in step a); if the ring circle to be adjusted is too large, generally greater than 1 mm (40 mil), apply the adhesive in 2-3 separate coats; c) use the two brackets ( 2 ) to raise the height of the ultraviolet lamp ( 1 ) and plug the power cord ( 3 ) into an electrical outlet; d) then insert the ring, which has been brushed with adhesive, between the two clamping pads ( 5 ), and place the ring directly under the ultraviolet lamp ( 1 ); after baking for 2-3 minutes, turn off the ultraviolet lamp ( 1 ) and wait for 1 minute before removing the ring; once cured, rinse with an alcohol wipe or clean water to remove any uncured material from the surface.
