Abstract
Disclosed is a foldable bed frame, which includes: an upper enclosure frame, including two first enclosure rods and two second enclosure rods, the first enclosure rod includes a first rod member, a second rod member, a first locking member and an unlocking member, the first locking member is disposed between the first rod member and the second rod member; the unlocking member is able to unlock the first locking member; a plurality of supporting legs, one end of which is rotatably connected to the upper enclosure frame, and the other end serves as a supporting end. The advantages of the present disclosure are that the unlocking and folding are simple to operate when folding the bed frame, and after the bed frame is folded, the overall volume thereof is small, the space occupied is small, and it is convenient to store and carry.

1 . A foldable bed frame having an unfolded state and a folded state, comprising:
an upper enclosure frame, comprising two first enclosure rods and two second enclosure rods arranged opposite to each other, two ends of one of the first enclosure rods are rotatably connected to one end of the two second enclosure rods, and two ends of the other first enclosure rod are rotatably connected to the other end of the two second enclosure rods; the first enclosure rod comprises a first rod member, a second rod member, a first locking member, and an unlocking member, the first rod member and the second rod member are rotatably connected, the first locking member is disposed between the first rod member and the second rod member, and is able to lock the first rod member and the second rod member; the unlocking member is able to unlock the first locking member; a plurality of supporting legs, wherein one end of the plurality of supporting legs is rotatably connected to the upper enclosure frame, and the other end of the plurality of supporting legs serves as a supporting end; a second locking member is arranged between the supporting leg and the upper enclosure frame, and the second locking member is able to lock the supporting leg; when the unlocking member is driven to unlock the first locking member, the first rod member and the second rod member can be inwardly rotated and folded; during the folding process, the first rod member and the second rod member are capable of driving the second locking member to unlock, so as to fold the supporting legs.
2 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 1 , wherein a first locking groove is formed on each supporting leg; when the second locking member is engaged with the first locking groove, the corresponding supporting leg is locked;
when the second locking member is disengaged from the first locking groove, the supporting leg is unlocked.
3 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 1 , wherein the second locking member is connected to the first enclosure rod via a pull wire, one end of the pull wire is connected to the second locking member, and the other end is connected to the first enclosure rod;
when being rotated and folded, the first enclosure rod pulls the second locking member through the pull wire, so that the second locking member is unlocked and the supporting legs are able to be rotated and folded.

The foldable bed frame according to claim 3 , wherein a first spring is disposed between each supporting leg and the upper enclosure frame; one end of the first spring abuts against the second locking member, and the other end of the first spring abuts against the upper enclosure frame; the elastic force of the first spring enables the second locking member to have a tendency to move in its locking direction;
when the first enclosure rod pulls the second locking member via the pull wire to unlock the second locking member, the first spring is compressed.
5 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 4 , wherein a receiving groove is formed on the second locking member, and the first spring is located in the receiving groove.
6 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 1 , wherein a second locking groove is formed on the second rod member, and the first locking member is able to be locked into the second locking groove to lock the first rod member and the second rod member;
the unlocking member is movably disposed on the second rod member and is able to push the first locking member such that the first locking member is disengaged from the second locking groove, thereby unlocking the first rod member and the second rod member.

The foldable bed frame according to claim 1 , wherein a second spring is provided between the first rod member and the first locking member, one end of the second spring abuts against the first locking member, and the other end of the second spring abuts against the first rod member; the elastic force of the second spring enables the first locking member to have a tendency to move in its locking direction;
when the unlocking member drives the first locking member to unlock, the second spring is compressed.
8 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 7 , wherein a third spring is provided between the second rod member and the unlocking member, one end of the third spring abuts against the second rod member, and the other end of the third spring abuts against the unlocking member;
when the unlocking member is pressed to unlock the first locking member, the third spring is compressed to release the unlocking member, and the third spring drives the unlocking member to reset.
9 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 1 , wherein the unlocking member is configured as an unlocking button, and the unlocking button is telescopically disposed on the second rod member;
the unlocking button is provided with a pushing protrusion, and the unlocking button pushes the first locking member via the pushing protrusion to unlock the first locking member.

The foldable bed frame according to claim 9 , wherein the unlocking button is provided with a plurality of elastic buckles, and the second rod member is provided with a plurality of corresponding locking slots; the elastic buckles are engaged in the locking slots to restrict the unlocking button from detaching from the second rod member.
11 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 10 , wherein a side wall of the elastic buckle is capable of abutting against a side wall of the locking slot to limit the circumferential rotation of the unlocking button.
12 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 9 , wherein a convex edge protruding outwardly in a circumferential direction is formed on the unlocking button, and the convex edge is capable of abutting against the second rod member to limit the pressing stroke of the unlocking button.
13 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 9 , wherein the unlocking button is provided with at least two of the pushing protrusions, and the second rod member is provided with through holes that are adapted to and are corresponding to the pushing protrusions one-to-one, the pushing protrusions are provided in the through holes in a penetrated manner.
14 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 1 , wherein both ends of the first rod member, both ends of the second rod member, both ends of the second enclosure rod, and one end of the supporting leg close to the upper enclosure frame are all provided with connecting joints, and the connecting joints are made of plastic.
15 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 14 , wherein the connecting joints at both ends of the second enclosure rod are configured as first connecting joints, and the connecting joint at the end of the first rod member close to the second enclosure rod and the connecting joint at the end of the second rod member close to the second enclosure rod are configured as second connecting joints;
the first connecting joint is provided with multiple layers of first connecting pieces arranged in a spaced manner, and the second connecting joint is provided with multiple layers of second connecting pieces arranged in a spaced manner, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are hinged, and a second connecting piece is sandwiched between two adjacent layers of the first connecting pieces, and a first connecting piece is sandwiched between two adjacent layers of the second connecting pieces.
16 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 1 , wherein when the bed frame is in the unfolded state, the upper enclosure frame is rectangular, and a supporting leg is disposed at each of the four corners of the upper enclosure frame;
when the bed frame is switched to the folded state, all four supporting legs are rotated and folded toward the upper enclosure frame. After the folding is completed, two of the supporting legs are stacked on the other two supporting legs.
17 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 1 , wherein when the bed frame is in the unfolded state, a plurality of the supporting legs are tilted outward relative to the upper enclosure frame, and the tilt angle is between 8° and 12°.
18 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 1 , wherein when the bed frame is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state: the two first enclosure rods rotate and fold inwardly, and the two second enclosure rods move closer to each other; a plurality of the supporting legs rotate and fold, and the supporting ends thereof move closer to the upper enclosure frame;
the length of the first enclosure rod is greater than the length of the second enclosure rod.
19 . The foldable bed frame according to claim 18 , wherein the first rod member, the second rod member and the second enclosure rod are of equal length;
the length of the bed frame, when being folded, is equal to the length of the second enclosure rod.
