         3 . The beverage carrier of any one of  claims 1-2 , wherein the beverage enclosure is sized to accommodate and hold beverage containers up to  12  inches tall and  4  inches wide. 
     
     
         4 . The beverage carrier of any one of  claims 1-3 , wherein the beverage enclosure is sized to accommodate and hold beverage containers with an approximate container height of 4.8 inches and width of 2.6 inches. 
     
     
         5 . The beverage carrier of any one of  claims 1-4 , wherein the beverage enclosure is comprised of flexible form fitting materials with insulative properties. 
     
     
         6 . The beverage carrier of any one of  claims 1-5 , wherein the tether is sized to lengths up to 12 inches.
