A mounting rail device includes a rectangular body having a top surface, a bottom surface, a first pair of opposed side edges, and a second pair of opposed side edges. A first dovetail profile is formed along the first pair of opposed side edges, the first dovetail profile comprising continuous sloped surfaces configured to engage with a first clamping mechanism. A second dovetail profile is formed along the second pair of opposed side edges, the second dovetail profile comprising continuous sloped surfaces configured to engage with a second clamping mechanism, wherein the second dovetail profile is oriented perpendicularly to the first dovetail profile. The bottom surface of the rectangular body includes at least two grooves spaced apart at a predefined distance and configured to interlock with a Picatinny rail attachment mechanism.

a rectangular body having a top surface, a bottom surface, a first pair of opposed side edges, and a second pair of opposed side edges; a first dovetail profile formed along the first pair of opposed side edges of the rectangular body, the first dovetail profile comprising continuous sloped surfaces configured to engage with a first clamping mechanism; a second dovetail profile formed along the second pair of opposed side edges of the rectangular body, the second dovetail profile comprising continuous sloped surfaces configured to engage with a second clamping mechanism, wherein the second dovetail profile is oriented perpendicularly to the first dovetail profile; at least two grooves formed in the bottom surface of the rectangular body, the grooves being spaced apart at a predefined distance and configured to interlock with a Picatinny rail attachment mechanism.
2 . The mounting rail device of claim 1 , wherein the first dovetail profile is configured to conform to the ARCA Swiss standard.
3 . The mounting rail device of claim 2 , wherein the second dovetail profile is configured to conform to the NATO Accessory Rail standard, as defined by STANAG 4694.
4 . The mounting rail device of claim 1 , wherein the grooves on the bottom surface are spaced apart to comply with the Picatinny rail standard.
5 . The mounting rail device of claim 4 , wherein the grooves on the bottom surface each include a flat base and vertical sidewalls configured to interlock with a Picatinny-compatible accessory mount having corresponding locking pins.
6 . The mounting rail device of claim 1 , further comprising a chamfered edge between the top surface and each of the first and second dovetail profiles.
7 . The mounting rail device of claim 1 , wherein the first dovetail profile and the second dovetail profile each include a pair of opposed sloped surfaces that are symmetrically angled.
8 . The mounting rail device of claim 1 , wherein the rectangular body comprises a central through-hole extending from the top surface to the bottom surface to accommodate a fastening element.
9 . The mounting rail device of claim 7 , wherein the central through-hole is elongated in shape to allow for adjustable positioning of the mounting rail device relative to a fastening element.
10 . The mounting rail device of claim 1 , wherein the rectangular body comprises a recess formed in the top surface to reduce the overall weight of the device.
11 . The mounting rail device of claim 1 , wherein the grooves on the bottom surface are parallel to the second dovetail profile.
12 . The mounting rail device of claim 1 , further comprising a first clamping mechanism configured to engage with the first dovetail profile.
13 . The mounting rail device of claim 11 , further comprising a second clamping mechanism configured to engage with the second dovetail profile.
