Claims

Abstract

An exercise device includes a frame unit, a support pad unit, an assistance unit, and two grip units. The support pad unit is movably mounted to the frame unit and movable relative to the frame unit in an up-down direction, and includes a support pad module. The assistance unit is mounted to the frame unit and connected to the support pad unit. The assistance unit is operable to urge the support pad unit to move upward. The grip units are mounted to the frame unit opposite to each other in a left-right direction, and are located below the support pad module in the up-down direction. Each of the grip unit includes a handle. The handles of the grip units are operable to move so as to adjust a relative position between the handles.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An exercise device for planche, comprising:
 a frame unit;   a support pad unit movably mounted to the frame unit and movable relative to the frame unit in an up-down direction, and including a support pad module;   an assistance unit mounted to the frame unit and connected to the support pad unit, the assistance unit being operable to urge the support pad unit to move upward; and   two grip units mounted to the frame unit opposite to each other in a left-right direction, and located below the support pad module in the up-down direction, each of the grip unit including a handle, the handles of the grip units being operable to move so as to adjust a relative position between the handles.   
     
     
         2 . The exercise device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the frame unit includes two side frames that are arranged opposite to each other in the left-right direction, each of the grip units further including a base seat that is disposed on a respective one of the side frames, and an adjustment seat that is disposed on the base seat, the base seat of each of the grip units including an adjustment guide rail that extends in the left-right direction, the adjustment seat of each of the grip units being adjustably positioned at the adjustment guide rail of the base seat of the grip unit and being operable to move relative to the adjustment guide rail of the base seat of the grip unit in the left-right direction, the handle of each of the grip units being rotatably mounted to the adjustment seat of the grip unit, and being operable to be positioned at the adjustment seat of the grip unit at different angles. 
     
     
         3 . The exercise device as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein:
 each of the grip units further includes at least one seat position pin; and   for each of the grip units, the adjustment seat has a guide seat portion that is connected to the adjustment guide rail of the base seat, and a rotation seat portion that is connected to the guide seat portion, the adjustment guide rail being formed with a plurality of seat position holes that are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction, the at least one seat position pin being operable to be inserted in the guide seat portion of the adjustment seat and a selected one of the plurality of seat position holes to position the adjustment seat, the handle having an abutment end portion, a rotation end portion that is opposite to the abutment end portion and that is rotatably connected to the rotation seat portion of the adjustment seat, and a spring loaded pin that is disposed on the rotation end portion, the handle being operable to rotate about an imaginary axis that extends through the rotation end portion thereof and the rotation seat portion of the adjustment seat in the up-down direction, the rotation seat portion of the adjustment seat being formed with a plurality of handle position holes that are arranged about the imaginary axis, the spring loaded pin being operable to extend into a selected one of the plurality of handle position holes so that the handle is positioned at the adjustment seat.   
     
     
         4 . The exercise device as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the base seat of each of the grip units is operable to move relative to the respective one of the side frames in a front-rear direction, and is adjustably positioned at the respective one of the side frames. 
     
     
         5 . The exercise device as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein each of the side frames has at least one base position pin that is formed with a position groove, the base seat of each of the grip units further including a side plate that is connected to the adjustment guide rail of the grip unit, the side plate of the base seat of each of the grip units being formed with at least one dentate groove that corresponds in position to the at least one base position pin of the respective one of the side frames, that extends in the front-rear direction, and that has a plurality of groove portions, the position groove of the at least one base position pin of each of the side frames engaging a selected one of the plurality of groove portions of the at least one dentate groove of the side plate of the base seat of the respective one of the grip units. 
     
     
         6 . The exercise device as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the support pad unit further includes a connection frame that is movably mounted to the side frames and movable relative to the side frames in the up-down direction, the connection frame having a mount portion that extends in a front-rear direction, and two side arm portions that are connected to the mount portion, the side arm portions of the connection frame being respectively and movably mounted to the side frames and movable relative to the side frames in the up-down direction, the support pad module including a mount seat that is mounted to the mount portion of the connection frame, and a plurality of rollers that are rotatably mounted to the mount seat and that are arranged in the front-rear direction. 
     
     
         7 . The exercise device as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the frame unit further includes a front frame that is connected to the side frames, the support pad unit further including a connection frame that is movably mounted to the side frames and movable relative to the side frames in the up-down direction, the support pad module being mounted to the connection frame, the assistance unit including a plurality of counterweight blocks that are disposed on the front frame and that are stacked along the up-down direction, two pulley sets, and two connection ropes, each of the pulley sets including a start pulley that is rotatably mounted to the connection frame, a plurality of relay pulleys that are rotatably mounted to a respective one of the side frames, a high level pulley that is rotatably mounted to the front frame, and a final pulley that is rotatably mounted to the front frame, each of the connection ropes having a first end portion that is connected to the start pulley of a respective one of the pulley sets, a second end portion that is connected to at least one of the plurality of counterweight blocks, and an intermediate portion that interconnects the first end portion and the second end portion, the intermediate portion of each of the connection ropes passing over the plurality of relay pulleys, the high level pulley, and the final pulley of the respective one of the pulley sets. 
     
     
         8 . The exercise device as claimed in  claim 7 , wherein:
 for each of the pulley sets, the plurality of relay pulleys are higher than the start pulley in the up-down direction, and the high level pulley is higher than the plurality of relay pulleys in the up-down direction; and   the final pulleys of the pulley sets are arranged coaxially, and are located between the high level pulleys of the pulley sets in the left-right direction.   
     
     
         9 . The exercise device as claimed in  claim 7 , further comprising a height adjustment unit, the front frame including two posts that are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction and that extend in the up-down direction, and two height adjustment guide rods that are located between the posts in the left-right direction, that are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction, and that extend in the up-down direction, the height adjustment unit including two slide seats that are respectively and slidably mounted to the height adjustment guide rods and that are slidable relative to the height adjustment guide rods in the up-down direction, an operation module that is mounted to the slide seats, and two level position subunits that are respectively mounted to the posts, the operation module including an operation rod that is rotatably mounted to the slide seats, two adjustment pulleys that are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction and that are mounted to the operation rod, and two engagement hooks that are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction and that are mounted to the operation rod, each of the level position subunits including a plurality of level blocks that are spaced apart from each other in the up-down direction and that are mounted to the respective one of the posts, each of the adjustment pulleys being located below the plurality of relay pulleys of a respective one of the pulley sets in the up-down direction and between the high level pulley and the plurality of relay pulleys of the respective one of the pulley sets in a front-rear direction, each of the engagement hooks being operable to engage a selected one of the plurality of level blocks of a respective one of the level position subunits, the intermediate portion of each of the connection ropes sequentially passing over the plurality of relay pulleys of the respective one of the pulley sets, a respective one of the adjustment pulleys, and the high level pulley of the respective one of the pulley sets, the height adjustment unit being operable to adjust a height of the support pad module of the support pad unit in the up-down direction via the connection ropes. 
     
     
         10 . The exercise device as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein each of the slide seat has a guide tube portion that is slidably connected to the respective one of the height adjustment guide rods, and a connection tube portion that is connected to the guide tube portion, the operation rod having two rotation portions that are respectively and rotatably mounted to the connection tube portions of the slide seats, an interconnection portion that interconnects the rotation portions, and two handle portions that are respectively connected to the rotation portions, the adjustment pulleys being respectively and rotatably mounted to the handle portions of the operation rod, each of the handle portions of the operation rod having an inner end and an outer end that are respectively proximate to and distal to another one of the handle portions of the operation rod, each of the engagement hooks being fixedly mounted to the outer end of a respective one of the handle portions of the operation rod and being adjacent to a respective one of the adjustment pulleys.
