. A toilet seat lifting device for lifting toilet seat attached to a toilet, comprising:
a housing that attaches a toilet seat to a toilet; the housing comprising a spring-loaded mechanism therein; wherein the spring loaded mechanism is configured to store potential energy when the seat is in a lowered position and release the energy to lift the seat into a raised position.

. The toilet seat lifting device of claim 1 , further comprising one or more handles positioned on a lower surface of the toilet seat.

. The toilet seat lifting device of claim 1 , wherein the housing is attached to the toilet seat via one or more hinge members.

. The toilet seat lifting device of claim 1 , wherein the housing is attached to the toilet via one or more bolts within one or more covers.

. The toilet seat lifting device of claim 1 , wherein the toilet is a round-shaped toilet.

. The toilet seat lifting device of claim 1 , wherein the toilet is an oval-shaped toilet.

. The toilet seat lifting device of claim 1 , wherein the toilet is an open front toilet.

. An automatically lifting toilet seat comprising:
one or more handles attached thereto; a lifting device attached thereto, the lifting device comprising a spring-loaded mechanism configured to store potential energy when the seat is in a lowered position and release the energy to lift the seat into a raised position.

. The toilet seat of claim 8 , wherein the toilet seat is round-shaped.

. The toilet seat of claim 8 , wherein the toilet seat is oval-shaped.

. The toilet seat of claim 8 , wherein the toilet seat is open front.
