Hairband with hair-binding function

Abstract

A hairband with hair-binding function that uses an elastic loop band made of an elastic fabric strip, and forms a joint portion in the middle of the elastic loop band, so that a corresponding elastic band is formed on each of both sides of the joint portion, so that one elastic band can be used as a hairband, and the other elastic band can be used to tie the hair to form a ponytail or bun.

What the invention claimed is: 
     
         1 . A hairband with hair-binding function, comprising an elastic loop band, wherein said elastic loop band is made of an elastic fabric strip, and a joint portion is formed in the middle of said elastic loop band, so that a corresponding elastic band is formed on each of two opposite sides of said joint portion, so that one said elastic band is usable as a hairband, and the other said elastic band is usable to tie the hair to form a ponytail or bun. 
     
     
         2 . The hairband with hair-binding function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said elastic loop band is made of a single elastic fabric strip, and two ends of said single elastic fabric strip are sewn to form said elastic loop band. 
     
     
         3 . The hairband with hair-binding function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said elastic loop band is formed by sewing at least two elastic fabric strips of the same or different color patterns together at both ends. 
     
     
         4 . The hairband with hair-binding function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said joint portion of said elastic loop band is selectively joined by sewing or thermal bonding.

The hairband with hair-binding function as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein said elastic loop band is made of a single elastic fabric strip with two ends thereof form an open end, and said single elastic fabric strip is folded and the middle of said single elastic fabric strip is processed to form a joint portion, so that a loop-like elastic band is formed on one side of said joint portion, and an elastic band with an open end and a set of elastic strips is formed on an opposite side of said joint portion. 
     
     
         6 . The hairband with hair-binding function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said two corresponding elastic bands formed on both sides of said joint portion have the same length. 
     
     
         7 . The hairband with hair-binding function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the width of said elastic fabric strip is unlimited, and elastic loop bands of different widths made using elastic fabric strips of different widths are selected. 
     
     
         8 . A hairband with hair-binding function, comprising two elastic loop bands made of a respective elastic fabric strip and having the same length, said two elastic loop bands being connected to each other to form two elastic bands, so that when in use, one said elastic loop band is put on the head as a hairband, and the other said elastic loop band is used to tie the hair to form a ponytail or a bun.
