Claims

Abstract

A single-serve packet for smoking includes a shell and a smoking product positioned within the shell. The shell may include rolling paper. The shell when completed may include a first section and a second section. The first section may include a stem, making it easier for a user to grasp and transport from a package to the bowl of a pipe. The stem may be configured from twisting the rolling paper. The second section of the shell may include a bulb that is coupled to and a part of the stem. The bulb may receive and house the smoking product.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A single serve packet for smoking comprising:
 a shell comprising a first section and a second section when formed into the packet;   a smoking product positionable within the shell;   wherein the packet is placed in a bowl of a pipe or bong and lit.   
     
     
         2 . The single serve packet for smoking of  claim 1 , wherein the shell is rolling paper. 
     
     
         3 . The single serve packet for smoking of  claim 2 , wherein the rolling paper is hemp leaves, corn husks, tobacco leaves, sage, lettuce, banana leaves, rice paper, or cellulose. 
     
     
         4 . The single serve packet for smoking of  claim 1 , wherein the shell comprises a half sheet of 1¼ inch rolling paper. 
     
     
         5 . The single serve packet for smoking of  claim 1 , wherein the packet comprises one or more sizes with one or more smoking products placed therein. 
     
     
         6 . The single serve packet for smoking of  claim 1 , wherein the shell is marked with indicia to indicate size of the packet and dose of the smoking product. 
     
     
         7 . The single serve packet for smoking of  claim 1 , wherein the first section comprises a stem. 
     
     
         8 . The single serve packet for smoking of  claim 1 , wherein the second section comprises a bulb that houses the smoking product. 
     
     
         9 . The single serve packet for smoking of  claim 1 , wherein the shell comprises a first corner, a second corner, a third corner, and a fourth corner. 
     
     
         10 . The single serve packet for smoking of  claim 9 , wherein the first, second, third, and fourth corners may be brought to each other and twisted to form a stem. 
     
     
         11 . The single serve packet for smoking of  claim 1 , wherein the smoking product is tobacco,  cannabis , mugwort, skullcap, lavender, catnip, calendula, indian warrior,  calea zacatechichi , passionflower, or wild dagga. 
     
     
         12 . The single serve packet for smoking of  claim 1 , wherein the smoking product is in a range from 0.1 to 0.5 ounces when positioned in the shell. 
     
     
         13 . A method of forming a single serve packet for smoking, the method comprising:
 preparing a predetermined amount of shell;   acquiring a smoking product;   preparing the smoking product by grinding, shredding, and/or cutting;   measuring a pre-determined amount of prepared smoking product;   placing the pre-determined amount of smoking product on the shell;   gathering corners of the shell until each corner of the shell makes contact with each other; and   securing the shell with the pre-determined amount of smoking product within the shell.   
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein the shell comprises rolling paper. 
     
     
         15 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein the shell comprises a half sheet of 1¼ inch rolling paper. 
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein the packet comprises one or more sizes with one or more smoking products placed therein. 
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 13 , further comprising twisting the gathered corners together to form a stem and a bulb. 
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 13 , further comprising adhering and/or folding the gathered corners. 
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein a pre-determined amount of prepared smoking product is 0.1 to 0.5 ounces. 
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 14 , wherein the rolling paper is hemp leaves, corn husks, tobacco leaves, sage, lettuce, banana leaves, rice paper, or cellulose.
