Cooking device and method for installation

Abstract

A cooking device having a main device body with a cooking chamber having a cooking chamber opening. A mount receptacle for receiving a food carrier mount is provided in the cooking chamber. The mount receptacle includes a through-opening in a cooking chamber wall, wherein a holding element of the food carrier mount, in the installed state, extends at least partially the through-opening in the cooking chamber wall. A shaped gasket having a receiving element for the holding element is inserted into the through-opening. A support device having a passage for the holding element is arranged in the receiving element of the shaped gasket. In the method for installing a food carrier mount, the shaped gasket is guided through the through-opening, the support device is arranged in a receiving element in the gasket and a holding element of the food carrier mount is guided into a passage in the support device.

A cooking device comprising at least one main device body, wherein the main device body comprises at least one cooking chamber having at least one cooking chamber opening for loading the cooking chamber, wherein at least one mount receptacle for accommodating at least one food carrier mount is provided in the cooking chamber, wherein the mount receptacle includes at least one through-opening in at least one cooking chamber wall, wherein at least one holding element of the food carrier mount, in an installed state of the at least one holding element, extends at least partially through the through-opening in the cooking chamber wall, wherein at least one shaped gasket having at least one receiving element for the holding element is inserted into the through-opening, and wherein at least one support device having at least one passage for the holding element is arranged in the receiving element of the shaped gasket, wherein the support device is configured as a component separate from the shaped gasket. 
     
     
         2 . The cooking device according to  claim 1 , wherein the support device has greater dimensional stability than the shaped gasket. 
     
     
         3 . The cooking device according to  claim 1 , wherein the support device consists, at least in sections, of metal and/or plastic. 
     
     
         4 . The cooking device according to  claim 1 , wherein the shaped gasket consists, at least in sections, of silicone. 
     
     
         5 . The cooking device according to  claim 1 , wherein an outer diameter of the support device is adapted to an inner diameter of the receiving element in the shaped gasket. 
     
     
         6 . The cooking device according to  claim 5 , wherein the outer diameter is oversized compared to the inner diameter. 
     
     
         7 . The cooking device according to  claim 1 , wherein the receiving element in the shaped gasket has at least one undercut. 
     
     
         8 . The cooking device according to  claim 1 , wherein the support device comprises at least one step. 
     
     
         9 . The cooking device according to  claim 1 , wherein the passage in the support device is adapted in size and/or contour to the holding element. 
     
     
         10 . The cooking device according to  claim 1 , wherein the support device comprises at least one spring element. 
     
     
         11 . The cooking device according to  claim 1 , wherein the support device is slotted, at least in sections. 
     
     
         12 . The cooking device according to  claim 1 , wherein the support device has at least one bevel ( 21 ) located at least one end. 
     
     
         13 . The cooking device according to  claim 1 , wherein the shaped gasket and the support device are manufactured as a common assembly. 
     
     
         14 . A method for installing a food carrier mount in the cooking chamber of a cooking device according to  claim 1 , the method including:
 guiding a shaped gasket through a through-opening of a cooking chamber wall;   arranging at least one support device in at least one receiving element in the shaped gasket; and   guiding at least one holding element of the food carrier mount into a passage in the support device, so that the holding element extends at least partially through the through-opening in the cooking chamber wall.
