Paper towel with functions of refreshing and nasal passage clearing and preparation method thereof

Abstract

Disclosed is a paper towel with functions of refreshing and nasal passage clearing and a preparation method thereof. The paper towel includes the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of base paper for preparing the paper towel and 2.6-3.5 parts of a medicinal solution, where the medicinal solution is prepared by mixing a peppermint essence and a moisturizing active factor at a mass ratio of 2.5-3.5:1. The peppermint essence is composed of menthol, camphor, eucalyptus oil, borneol, and water. The present disclosure mixes the peppermint essence prepared at a certain ratio and the moisturizing active factor, and evenly spays the medicinal solution on the base paper for preparing the paper towel through a spraying process of special processing, so that the base paper for preparing the paper towel becomes soft, smooth and moist.

What it claimed is: 
     
         1 . A paper towel with functions of refreshing and nasal passage clearing, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of base paper for preparing the paper towel and 2.6-3.5 parts of a medicinal solution, wherein the medicinal solution is prepared by mixing a peppermint essence and a moisturizing active factor at a mass ratio of 2.5-3.5:1; the peppermint essence comprises the following materials in parts by mass fraction: 38.2-39.4% of menthol, 16.5-17.2% of camphor, 8-9.1% of eucalyptus oil, 6-6.8% of borneol, and a balance of water; by mixing a peppermint formula and a nano lotion emulsion, the present disclosure solves the problem of incorporating a fragrance formula into the paper towel and also the problem of doubling the materials in the same packaging volume; the paper towel made by using this technology of the present disclosure becomes softer and smaller in size; and specifically, a packet of the paper towel of the present disclosure is equivalent to two packets of paper towels in the prior art, indicating that its volume is reduced by 50%, so it is portable. 
     
     
         2 . The paper towel with functions of refreshing and nasal passage clearing according to  claim 1 , wherein the moisturizing active factor is glycerin, and the peppermint essence is a peppermint essence of food grade or above. 
     
     
         3 . The paper towel with functions of refreshing and nasal passage clearing according to  claim 1 , wherein the base paper for preparing the paper towel is made of long fiber-based high wet strength base paper, short fibers or bamboo fibers. 
     
     
         4 . A preparation method of the paper towel with functions of refreshing and nasal passage clearing according to  claim 1  specifically comprises the following steps:
 S1, mixing menthol, camphor, eucalyptus oil, borneol, and water at a mass ratio evenly in a mixer, to obtain a peppermint essence; 
 S2, stirring and mixing the peppermint essence evenly with a moisturizing active factor at a mass ratio, to obtain a medicinal solution; 
 S3, spraying the medicinal solution evenly onto base paper for preparing the paper towel using a roller spraying process in a 100,000-grade dust-free workshop, and keeping static the sprayed base paper for preparing the paper towel in the 100,000-grade dust-free workshop with a temperature of 18-25 degrees Celsius and an air humidity of 50-70% for 65-72 h; and 
 S4, performing antibacterial treatment, disinfection, sealing, three-stage processing and cutting, and sub-packaging of the product of the S3 to obtain a finished product.
