Abstract

A steam generator for hair-straightening combs is provided, including an evaporation assembly and a heating plate assembly. The evaporation assembly includes an evaporation water tank and a water injection pipe. The evaporation water tank is provided with an evaporation groove and an air-spraying groove connected to the evaporation groove. The heating plate assembly is connected to the side of the evaporation water tank away from the evaporation groove. A first water-storing sound-insulating cotton block is provided in the evaporation tank and is located between the water injection pipe and the bottom of the evaporation groove. The first water-storing sound-insulating cotton block is used to achieve full contact of water in the first water-storing sound-insulating cotton block during evaporation, such that steam can be generated more evenly, excessive steam generation can be prevented, and noise generated during water evaporation can be effectively reduced.

A steam generator for hair-straightening combs, comprising an evaporation assembly and a heating plate assembly, wherein the evaporation assembly comprises an evaporation water tank and a water injection pipe, the evaporation water tank comprises a water tank base and a water tank cover, and an evaporation groove and an air-spraying groove are arranged on the water tank base; and a steam port is arranged on the water tank base, and the evaporation groove is connected to the air-spraying groove via the steam port; and the heating plate assembly is connected to one side of the evaporation water tank away from the evaporation groove;
 the evaporation groove being provided with a first water-storing sound-insulating cotton block located between the water injection pipe and a bottom of the evaporation groove;   a plurality of steam buffer blocks are provided at an air outlet end of the evaporation groove, the steam buffer block is provided with a plurality of buffer holes;   when the amount of steam is large, part of the steam passes between the water tank cover and the top of the plurality of steam buffer blocks and enters the air-spraying groove through the steam port, and part of the steam passes through the plurality of buffer holes of the steam buffer block.   
     
     
         2 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 1 , wherein the first water-storing sound-insulating cotton block is higher than one end of the water injection pipe close to the evaporation groove and is lower than a highest point of the evaporation groove.

         4 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 1 , wherein a plurality of steam columns are provided on the water tank cover, and positions of the plurality of steam columns correspond to the position of the air-spraying groove.

The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 4 , wherein the plurality of steam columns are arranged at intervals according to a preset arrangement, and a total length of the plurality of steam columns is less than or equal to a length of the air-spraying groove. 
     
     
         6 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 1 , wherein the steam port is located at an end of the evaporation groove away from the water injection pipe. 
     
     
         7 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 4 , wherein a second water-storing sound-insulating cotton block is provided in the evaporation groove and arranged at one end of the evaporation groove away from the water injection pipe. 
     
     
         8 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 7 , wherein the second water-storing sound-insulating cotton block is lower than a highest point of the evaporation groove. 
     
     
         9 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 7 , wherein an isolation blocking bar that separates the evaporation groove into a first groove and a second groove is provided between the first water-storing sound-insulating cotton block and the second water-storing sound-insulating cotton block, and part of the water injection pipe extends into the first groove; and the first water-storing sound-insulating cotton block fills the first groove, the second water-storing sound-insulating cotton block is located in the second groove, and the steam port connects the air-spraying groove and the second groove.

The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 9 , wherein the isolation blocking bar is higher than the first water-storing sound-insulating cotton block and the second water-storing sound-insulating cotton block and is lower than a highest point of the evaporation groove.

The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 10 , wherein a blocking block is provided on one side of the water tank cover away from the steam column, and the blocking block is aligned with a pipe opening of the water injection pipe extending into the first groove. 
     
     
         12 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 11 , wherein a first channel is formed between the blocking block and the isolation blocking bar, and a second channel is formed, in a direction parallel to the isolation blocking bar, between two ends of the blocking block and a side wall of the water tank cover; and the first channel and the second channel jointly form a steam channel. 
     
     
         13 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 12 , wherein the blocking block and the isolation blocking bar are offset from each other. 
     
     
         14 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 4 , wherein a flexible isolation plate is provided on one side of the evaporation assembly away from the heating plate assembly, and a plurality of steam column isolation covers are provided on one side of the flexible isolation plate, with each steam column isolation cover correspondingly covering one steam column. 
     
     
         15 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 14 , wherein upper ends of the plurality of steam column isolation covers are each provided with an isolation guide port, and the isolation guide port is in communication with an air outlet of the steam column. 
     
     
         16 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 15 , wherein the isolation guide port faces a side of the flexible isolation plate where the steam column isolation cover is not arranged. 
     
     
         17 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of steam buffer blocks are arranged as deflected convex structures, and convex ends of the plurality of steam buffer blocks are lower than a highest point of the evaporation groove. 
     
     
         18 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 17 , wherein the plurality of buffer holes are arranged at intervals. 
     
     
         19 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 1 , wherein the heating plate assembly comprises a heating plate and a connecting plate; and the connecting plate is connected to a side of the water tank base away from the evaporation groove via a plurality of locking screws, and the heating plate is arranged between the connecting plate and the water tank base. 
     
     
         20 . The steam generator for hair-straightening combs of  claim 19 , wherein two limit blocks are provided on a side of the water tank base away from the evaporation groove, and the heating plate is located between the two limit blocks.
