. The garment as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the first leg portion and the second leg portion include at least one tubular aperture.

. The garment as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the support ring is made of a material selected from the group consisting of plastic, rubber, and metal.

. The garment as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the support ring comprises a circular or rectangular cross section to provide rigidity.

. The garment as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the support ring comprises a rounded end.

. A garment, comprising:
a body comprising a first leg portion and a second leg portion substantially parallel to the first leg portion, the first and second leg portions extending toward a first end of the body; wherein a first leg portion includes a first channel and the second leg portion includes a second channel located adjacent to a first end of the body; wherein the first channel and the second channel include one or more elastic bands, a top, a bottom, an inner face, and an outer face between the top and the bottom; wherein the first channel and the second channel include one access point; and include a support ring provided within at least one channel between an inner face and an outer face of the channel, the support ring having two end sections that overlap, wherein the support ring is positioned such that the support ring forms a circular or oval shape.

. The garment as claimed in claim 10 , further comprising a waistband attached to the body at a second end of the body opposite the first end.

. The garment as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the first leg portion and the second leg portion comprise an aperture configured to allow passage of a user's leg.

. The garment as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the first leg portion and the second leg portion include at least one tubular aperture, and the support ring is configured to hold the at least one tubular aperture in an open position.
