. The cigarette extruding apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the device defines a plurality of tapered holes, each tapered hole being adapted for holding a corresponding pre-rolled cone of a plurality of pre-rolled cones, each tapered hole being defined at a wider portion thereof where the tapered hole is adapted to receive its corresponding pre-rolled cone, and each tapered hole being defined at a narrower portion where the tapered hole is adapted for extruding out its corresponding filled pre-rolled cone to form the closed cigarette, and wherein the apparatus produces a plurality of closed cigarettes resulting from extruding the corresponding pre-rolled cones, filled with smokeable material that has been previously packed and crimped in the pre-rolled cones, through each pre-rolled cone's corresponding tapered hole's narrower portion out onto the catcher as closed cigarettes.

. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the closing and extruding device comprises a plurality of rods, wherein each rod is adapted to be inserted into one of the device's tapered holes to push, and thereby extrude, the pre-rolled cones through their corresponding tapered holes' narrower portions out onto the catcher as closed cigarettes.

. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the rod comprises a concaved tip to enable catching and further folding down an upper edge portion of the pre-rolled cone as the pre-rolled cone is pushed to be extruded out of the narrower portion of the corresponding tapered hole.

. The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein each of the plurality of rods comprises a concaved tip to enable catching and further folding down an upper edge portion of each corresponding pre-rolled cone as it is pushed to be extruded out of the narrower portion of each corresponding tapered hole.

. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a plurality of legs.

. The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the base comprises a plurality of legs.

. The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the plurality of tapered holes are arranged in a pattern, wherein the plurality of rods is arranged in a corresponding pattern adapted to be brought into alignment with the plurality of tapered holes.

. The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the plurality of tapered holes is oriented in a pattern of rows and columns, wherein the plurality of rods is likewise oriented in a corresponding pattern adapted to be brought into alignment with the plurality of tapered holes in at least one row.

. A cigarette extruding apparatus for extruding a closed cigarette that is finish closed by the cigarette extruding apparatus, wherein the apparatus produces the cigarette resulting from extruding a corresponding pre-rolled cone held by the apparatus, the pre-rolled cone having been filled with smokeable material that has been previously packed and crimped in the pre-rolled cone, the apparatus comprising:
a device for receiving the pre-rolled cone, the device comprising a working surface bounded by a rim and the working surface defining an opening to a tapered hole, the tapered hole being adapted for holding the corresponding pre-rolled cone, the tapered hole being defined at a wider portion of the opening where the tapered hole is adapted to receive the pre-rolled cone, and the tapered hole being defined at a narrower portion where the tapered hole is adapted for extruding out the filled pre-rolled cone to form the closed cigarette; a catcher adapted to catch the closed cigarette; a base attached to the device and adapted for holding the device spaced from the catcher to allow the pre-rolled cone received through its corresponding tapered hole to be suspended and to partially hang out of the device's tapered hole while the device holds the pre-rolled cone spaced from the catcher and to allow for extruding of the closed cigarette through the narrower portion of the device's tapered hole to fall onto the catcher; and a closing and extruding device comprising at least one rod, wherein the at least one rod is adapted to be inserted into the device's tapered hole to push, and thereby extrude, the pre-rolled cone through the tapered hole's narrower portion out onto the catcher as a closed cigarette.
