Abstract
A rear-side filtering and intake air compressor structure includes an air compressor, which includes at least one drive motor. The drive motor is connected, at a rear side thereof, with a closure cover. An air inlet of the air compressor is arranged on the closure cover, and is connected with a filter assembly, so that the filter assembly is connected to the drive motor of the air compressor at an outside rearward position thereof. When the air compressor is activated, external air enters the filter assembly firstly and then moves into the drive motor. The filter assembly that is externally arranged may filter off powdery dust, sand/gravel, and moisture entraining air to effectively powdery dust, sand/gravel, and moisture entraining air from getting into the air compressor to cause damage and corrosion, thereby effectively increasing the service life of the air compressor.

an air compressor, which comprises at least one air inlet and at least one air outlet, the air compressor comprising at least one drive motor, the drive motor being connected, at a rear side thereof, with a closure cover, the air inlet being arranged on the closure cover, such that the air inlet is in communication with an interior of the drive motor, wherein the air inlet is connected with a first guide tube and connected to and in communication with a filter assembly, such that the filter assembly is connected, at an outside rearward position, to the drive motor of the air compressor, the air outlet being connected with a second guide tube and connected to and in communication with an exhaust valve; wherein when the air compressor is activated, external air moves in sequence through the filter assembly and the first guide tube to get into the interior of the drive motor, and a cylinder block discharges air compressed thereby in sequence through the second guide tube and the exhaust valve to implement an air charging operation; and wherein at least one fan is located between the drive motor and the filter assembly.

The rear-side filtering and intake air compressor structure according to claim 1 , wherein the filter assembly comprises a housing, a filter material, and a top cap, the housing defining, in an interior thereof, a filtering space in which the filter material is disposed, the housing being formed, in a periphery of the filter material, with a plurality of ingress openings and at least one egress opening, the housing being combined, at a top portion thereof, with the top cap, so that the top cap hermetically closes and seals the filtering space, the first guide tube of the air compressor being connected to the egress opening, so that the air inlet of the air compressor and the filter assembly are connected by the first guide tube.
3 . The rear-side filtering and intake air compressor structure according to claim 1 , wherein the fan is arranged outside of the air inlet, and the fan is operable to blow external cold air toward the air compressor.

The rear-side filtering and intake air compressor structure according to claim 1 , wherein an air accumulation tank is arranged between the second guide tube of the air compressor and the exhaust valve, the second guide tube being connected to a pre-set ingress terminal of the air accumulation tank, the exhaust valve being connected to an egress terminal of the air accumulation tank, so that compressed air discharged through the second guide tube of the air compressor is first accumulated in the air accumulation tank to allow the exhaust valve to subsequently exhaust the compressed air.
5 . A rear-side filtering and intake air compressor structure, comprising:
an air compressor, which comprises at least one air inlet and at least one air outlet, the air compressor comprising at least one drive motor, the drive motor being connected, at a rear side thereof, with a closure cover, the air inlet being arranged on the closure cover, such that the air inlet is in communication with an interior of the drive motor, wherein the air inlet is connected with a filter assembly, such that the filter assembly is connected, at an outside rearward position, to the drive motor of the air compressor, wherein the filter assembly comprises a filter material of a hollow cylindrical form that is arranged circumferentially around the air inlet; wherein when the air compressor is activated, external air moves through the filter assembly to get into the interior of the drive motor, and a cylinder block discharges air compressed thereby through the air outlet to implement an air charging operation.

The rear-side filtering and intake air compressor structure according to claim 5 , wherein the filter assembly comprises a housing, the filter material, and a top cap, the housing defining, in an interior thereof, a filtering space circumferentially around the air inlet to receive the filter material therein, the housing being formed, in a periphery of the filter material, with a plurality of ingress openings and at least one egress opening, the housing being combined, at a top portion thereof, with the top cap, so that the top cap hermetically closes and seals the filtering space, the housing being extended, at the egress opening, to form a connecting portion, the connecting portion being connected to the air inlet of the air compressor, so that the air inlet of the air compressor and the filter assembly are connected.
7 . The rear-side filtering and intake air compressor structure according to claim 5 , wherein the air compressor is further provided with at least one fan outside of the drive motor, and the fan is operable to blow external cold air toward the air compressor.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
