Abstract

A suspended ceiling system and method comprises anchor fasteners, suspension rods, carriers, linear elements, and surface installing appliances. The anchor fasteners are connected to at least one surface and provide firm support, while the suspension rods create an adjustable gap between the surface and the carrier. The carrier holds the linear element, which provides a housing for the surface installing appliance, and the linear element can be modified in shape and height based on user requirements. The linear element The suspended ceiling system is versatile and can be modified to meet the specific needs of a user requirements.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A ceiling system, comprising:
at least one anchor fastener, operatively connected to at least one surface, configured to provide a firm support to the ceiling system with the at least one surface; at least one suspension rod, operatively connected to the anchor fastener, configured to provide an adjustable gap between the at least one surface and at least one carrier; the at least one carrier, operatively connected to the suspension rod, configured to hold one or more linear elements and at least one surface installing appliance; the at least one linear element operatively connected to the at least one carrier, configured to provide a housing for casing the at least one surface installing appliance; and at least one cross web, provided within the at least one linear element, configured to provide a partition wall to create one or more chambers to accommodate at least one surface installing appliance, for separating and accommodating at least one surface installing appliance, wherein the one or more linear elements are configured to create an additional chamber by snap fitting the one or more linear elements with one or more panels.

2 . The system as claimed in claim 1 , comprising at least one infill operatively connected in between the one or more linear elements, configured to provide additional support for mounting the at least one surface installing appliance and serve as an acoustic and light diffusing or reflector material, thereby providing either direct or indirect illumination.

3 . The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the at least one linear element comprises:
one or more perforations on one or more sides of the at least one linear element configured to provide a better noise reduction and acoustic properties; and an acoustic infill provided inside the at least one linear element configured to enhance the acoustic properties.

4 . The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the at least one linear element is connected to the at least one carrier by at least one of: at least one bracket, at least one washer and bolt, at least one mechanical fixture, and at least one elongated bracket for snap fitting the at least one linear element.

         5 . (canceled)

6 . The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein at least one linear element shape and height is modified based on the user requirement.

7 . The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the at least one cross web is configured to be rearranged to create more space in the one or more chambers by placing at least one provision in the at least one linear element, which enables the cross web to be changed, or the cross web is configured to be removed to form one or more chambers to accommodate one or more surface installing appliances.

8 . The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the at least one carrier comprises:
at least one slot and at least one hole in at least one axis and throughout the length of the at least one carrier, configured to operatively connect the at least one suspension rod and the at least one linear element by at least one mechanical fixture.

9 . The system as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the at least one mechanical fixture comprises at least one fixture or fasteners like washers, stove bolts, lag screws, lag bolts, brackets, washers, and bolts.

10 . The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the at least one surface installing appliance comprises at least one lighting, audio/video, alarms, CCTV, speakers, fire sprinklers, electric wiring, data cables, HVAC pipes, lighting, utility or any other appliances.

11 . The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the at least one linear element is made of at least one UPVC, steel, wood, and other materials based on the user requirement.

12 . The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the at least one linear element and the at least one carrier are in the form of at least circle, a square, a rectangle, a triangle, an oval, and/or a hexagon.

13 . The system as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the at least one surface comprises at least one horizontal surface, at least one vertical surface, and at least one parallel surface, and/or at least one perpendicular surface.

         14 . A method for a suspended ceiling, comprising:
configuring at least one anchor fastener to provide a firm support with at least one surface, wherein the at least one anchor fastener is operatively connected to the at least one surface; configuring at least one suspension rod to provide an adjustable gap between the at least one surface and at least one carrier, wherein the at least one suspension rod is operatively connected to the anchor fastener; configuring the at least one carrier to hold one or more linear elements and at least one surface installing appliance, wherein the at least one carrier is operatively connected to the suspension rod; configuring the at least one linear element to provide a housing for casing the at least one surface installing appliance, wherein the at least one linear element is operatively connected to the at least one carrier; and configuring at least one cross web to provide a partition wall to create one or more chambers for separating and accommodating the one or more surface installing appliance, wherein the at least one cross web is provided within the at least one linear element, wherein the one or more linear elements are configured to create an additional chamber by snap fitting the one or more linear elements with one or more panels.

15 . The method as claimed in claim 14 , comprising providing additional support and by at least one infill for mounting the at least one surface installing appliance and serving as an acoustic and light diffusing or reflector material, and direct or indirect illumination, wherein the at least one infill is connected in between the one or more linear elements.

16 . The method as claimed in claim 14 , comprising configuring the at least one carrier comprising:
connecting the at least one suspension rod and the at least one linear element by at least one mechanical fixture via at least one slot and at least one hole in at least one axis and throughout the length of the at least one carrier.

17 . The method as claimed in claim 14 , comprising the at least one linear element comprises:
