Weighted clothing items

Abstract

A weighted article of wear for daily wear including a first panel having a plurality of first panel chambers and second panel having a plurality of second panel chambers, each of the first and second panel chambers further including a plurality of weighted pellets positioned therein; wherein each of the first and second panel chambers are defined by a seam line that separates each of the first and second panel chambers from a respective adjacent first panel chamber and second panel chamber for preventing the plurality of weighted pellets from moving between adjacent first panel chambers and adjacent second panel chambers; and wherein the plurality of weighted pellets are distributed within each of the first panel chambers and each of the second panel chambers so that the first panel weighs more than the second panel and the plurality of weighted pellets are not redistributable by a wearer.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A weighted article of wear comprising:
 a first panel comprising a plurality of first panel chambers;   a plurality of first weighted pellets positioned in each first panel chamber of the plurality of first panel chambers, wherein each plurality of first weighted pellets are prevented from moving between adjacent panel chambers of the plurality of first panel chambers;   a second panel comprising a plurality of second panel chambers; and   a plurality of second weighted pellets positioned in each second panel chamber of the plurality of second panel chambers such that the second panel weighs different than the first panel, wherein each plurality of second weighted pellets are prevented from moving between adjacent panel chambers of the plurality of second panel chambers.   
     
     
         2 . The weighted article of wear of  claim 1 , wherein:
 the weighted article of wear includes an upper portion configured to support an upper portion of a torso of the wearer and a bottom portion configured to support a bottom portion of the torso of the wearer; and   the first panel is in the top portion and the second panel is in the bottom portion.   
     
     
         3 . The weighted article of wear of  claim 2 , wherein:
 the upper portion includes a shoulder portion configured to support shoulders of the wearer and at least a portion of the arms of the wearer; and   the first panel is at least partially positioned in the shoulder portion.
