Multi-purpose bag
Abstract
A multi-purpose bag includes a bag unit and two straps. The bag unit has a bag bottom, a front bag segment, a rear bag segment, and two limiting passages formed on the rear bag segment. The straps are crossed over each other. Each strap extends movably through a respective one of the limiting passages, and has an adjustment strap portion. Each strap is movable to transform between a shoulder bag state, where the adjustment strap portion of each strap has a first length, and the straps cooperate with the bag unit to define a shoulder space, and a backpack state, where the adjustment strap portion of each strap has a second length greater than the first length, and each strap cooperates with the bag unit to define a back hanging space.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A multi-purpose bag comprising:
a bag unit having
a bag bottom,
a front bag segment that is located at a front portion of said bag unit and that is connected to said bag bottom,
a rear bag segment that is located at a rear portion of said bag unit, that is connected to said bag bottom, and that is spaced apart from said front bag segment, and
two limiting passages that are formed on said rear bag segment and that are distal from said bag bottom; and
a strap unit including two straps that are crossed over each other, each of said straps extending movably through a respective one of said limiting passages, and having
a front connection end that is connected to said front portion of said bag unit,
a rear connection end that is connected to said rear portion of said bag unit, and that is disposed adjacent to said bag bottom, and
an adjustment strap portion that is disposed between said front connection end and said rear connection end, and that is measured from said rear connection end to the respective one of said limiting passages;
wherein each of said straps is movable to transform between a shoulder bag state and a backpack state; wherein, when said straps are in the shoulder bag state, said adjustment strap portion of each of said straps has a first length, and said straps cooperate with said bag unit to define a shoulder space therebetween; and wherein, when said straps are in the backpack state, said adjustment strap portion of each of said straps has a second length greater than the first length, and each of said straps cooperates with said bag unit to define a back hanging space therebetween.
2 . The multi-purpose bag as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said front connection end of each of said straps is connected to said front bag segment and is distal from said bag bottom.
3 . The multi-purpose bag as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said front connection end of each of said straps is connected to said front bag segment and is adjacent to said bag bottom.
4 . The multi-purpose bag as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:
said front connection end and said rear connection end of each of said straps are connected to said bag bottom; and each of said straps extends around an end of each of said front bag segment and said rear bag segment that is opposite to said bag bottom.
5 . The multi-purpose bag as claimed in claim 4 , wherein;
said bag unit further has two limiting ring members that are connected to said rear bag segment and that are distal from said bag bottom, each of said limiting ring members defining a respective one of said limiting passages; said bag unit further has two auxiliary ring members that are connected to said front bag segment and that are distal from said bag bottom, each of said auxiliary ring members defining an auxiliary passage; and each of straps extends through the respective one of said limiting passages and a respective one of said auxiliary passages.
6 . The multi-purpose bag as claimed in claim 5 , wherein:
said rear bag segment and said front bag segment are spaced apart from each other in a front-rear direction and cooperatively define a bag opening that is disposed above said bag bottom in a top-bottom direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction; said two limiting passages are spaced apart from each other in a left-right direction perpendicular to the front rear direction and the top-bottom direction; said two auxiliary passages are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction; said front connection ends of said straps are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction; and said rear connection ends of said straps are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction.
7 . The multi-purpose bag as claimed in claim 6 , wherein:
when said straps are in the shoulder bag state, said shoulder space is situated directly over said bag opening in the top-bottom direction; and when said straps are in the backpack state, said back hanging spaces are situated at a rear side of said rear bag segment in the front-rear direction.
8 . The multi-purpose bag as claimed in claim 3 , wherein:
said rear bag segment and said front bag segment are spaced apart from each other in a front-rear direction and cooperatively define a bag opening that is disposed above said bag bottom in a top-bottom direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction; said two limiting passages are spaced apart from each other in a left-right direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction and the top-bottom direction; said front connection ends of said straps are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction; and said rear connection ends of said straps are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction.
9 . The multi-purpose bag as claimed in claim 8 , wherein:
when said straps are in the shoulder bag state, said shoulder space is situated directly over said bag opening in the top-bottom direction; and when said straps are in the backpack state, said back hanging spaces are situated at a rear side of said rear bag segment in the front-rear direction.
10 . The multi-purpose bag as claimed in claim 2 , wherein:
said rear bag segment and said front bag segment are spaced apart from each other in a front-rear direction and cooperatively define a bag opening that is disposed above said bag bottom in a top-bottom direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction; said two limiting passages are spaced apart from each other in a left-right direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction and the top-bottom direction; said front connection ends of said straps are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction; and said rear connection ends of said straps are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction.
11 . The multi-purpose bag as claimed in claim 10 , wherein:
when said straps are in the shoulder bag state, said shoulder space is situated directly over said bag opening in the top-bottom direction; and when said straps are in the backpack state, said back hanging spaces are situated at a rear side of said rear bag segment in the front-rear direction.
12 . The multi-purpose bag as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said bag unit further has two connecting ring members, each of said connecting members interconnecting said rear connection end of a respective one of said straps and said rear bag segment.
13 . The multi-purpose bag as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said bag unit further has two limiting ring members that are connected to said rear bag segment, each of said limiting ring members defining a respective one of said limiting passages.
