18 . The mixture of claim 17 , wherein the titanium containing material is hydrated.
19 . The mixture of claim 17 , wherein the titanium containing material further comprises Ti(OH) 4 .
20 . The mixture of claim 17 , wherein the titanium containing material comprises granules.
21 . The mixture of claim 17 , wherein the titanium containing material comprises powder.
22 . The mixture of claim 17 , wherein the titanium containing material has a surface area above 180 m 2 /g.
23 . The mixture of claim 17 , having a pH of from 3 to 9.
24 . The mixture of claim 17 , having a pH of from 5.9 to 6.9.
