Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A jar comprising:
a container; and a cap assembly that is releasably attachable to the container, the cap assembly comprising
a lower cap, the lower cap being releasably attachable to the container to provide the releasable attachability of the cap assembly to the container
an upper cap, the upper cap being releasably attachable to the lower cap; and
an applicator that is locatable between the upper cap and the lower cap.
2 . The jar of claim 1 , the applicator being adapted for applying creams, gels, ointments, powders, and/or cosmetics to the skin of a human.
3 . The jar of claim 2 , wherein the upper cap further includes a lid surface that is all or partially transparent such that at least a portion of the applicator can be seen through the lid surface while the cap assembly is fully assembled with the upper cap attached to the lower cap with the applicator located between the upper cap and the lower cap.
4 . The jar of claim 2 , the applicator further comprising a plurality of scrubbers.
5 . The jar of claim 1 , the applicator being adapted for massaging, cleaning, and/or exfoliating the skin of a human.
6 . The jar of claim 5 , wherein the upper cap further includes a lid surface that is all or partially transparent such that at least a portion of the applicator can be seen through the lid surface while the cap assembly is fully assembled with the upper cap attached to the lower cap with the applicator located between the upper cap and the lower cap.
7 . The jar of claim 6 , the applicator further comprising a plurality of scrubbers.
8 . The jar of claim 1 , wherein the applicator further comprises a slot extending through an entire thickness thereof.
9 . The jar of claim 1 , wherein the container has threads located on an exterior side thereof and the cap assembly has threads located on an interior side thereof, the threads located on the exterior side of the container and the threads located on the interior side of the cap assembly being interactable to render the cap assembly releasably attachable to the container.
10 . The jar of claim 9 , wherein the upper cap has threads located on an interior side thereof and the lower cap has threads located on an exterior side thereof, the threads located on the interior side of the upper cap and the threads located on the exterior side of the lower cap being interactable to render the upper cap releasably attachable to the lower cap.
11 . The jar of claim 1 , wherein the upper cap has threads located on an interior side thereof and the lower cap has threads located on an exterior side thereof, the threads located on the interior side of the upper cap and the threads located on the exterior side of the lower cap being interactable to render the upper cap releasably attachable to the lower cap.
12 . The jar of claim 1 , wherein the applicator further includes a rim that rests on an upper surface of the lower cap when the cap assembly is fully assembled with the upper cap attached to the lower cap with the applicator located between the upper cap and the lower cap.
13 . The jar of claim 12 , the application further including a lower body portion that sits below the opening of the lower cap when the cap assembly is fully assembled with the upper cap attached to the lower cap with the applicator located between the upper cap and the lower cap.
14 . The jar of claim 1 , the container further comprising an opening and the lower cap further comprising an upper surface that covers the opening in the container when the cap assembly is releasably attached to the container.
15 . The jar of claim 14 , wherein at least a portion of the upper surface of the lower cap is transparent.
16 . A cap assembly comprising:
a lower cap, an upper cap, the upper cap being releasably attachable to the lower cap, the upper cap including a lid surface that is all or partially transparent; and an applicator that is locatable between the upper cap and the lower cap, wherein at least a portion of the applicator can be seen through the lid surface while the cap assembly is fully assembled with the upper cap attached to the lower cap with the applicator located between the upper cap and the lower cap.
17 . The cap assembly of claim 16 , wherein the upper cap has threads located on an interior side thereof and the lower cap has threads located on an exterior side thereof, the threads located on the interior side of the upper cap and the threads located on the exterior side of the lower cap being interactable to render the upper cap releasably attachable to the lower cap.
18 . The cap assembly of claim 16 , wherein the applicator further includes a rim that rests on an upper surface of the lower cap when the cap assembly is fully assembled with the upper cap attached to the lower cap with the applicator located between the upper cap and the lower cap.
19 . The cap assembly of claim 16 , the applicator being adapted for applying creams, gels, ointments, powders, and/or cosmetics to the skin of a human.
20 . The cap assembly of claim 16 , the applicator further comprising a plurality of scrubbers.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
