Canopy
Abstract
A canopy is provided. The canopy includes a canopy frame having an unfolded state, and the canopy frame comprises a top rod and overhanging rods. The overhanging rods are slidably arranged on the top frame, and each overhanging rod has a retracted position and at least one stretched position when the canopy frame is in the unfolded state. The canopy further comprises locking devices arranged between the top frame and the overhanging rods, and each locking device has a locked state capable of locking one of the overhanging rods in the stretched position and an unlocked state of releasing the overhanging rod, at least when the canopy frame is in the unfolded state. The overhanging rods can be adjusted according to the needs of use after the canopy is unfolded, and is relatively flexible to use.

a top frame; a plurality of overhanging rods slidably arranged on the top frame, each of the plurality of overhanging rods having a retracted position and at least one stretched position when the canopy frame is in the unfolded state; and a plurality of locking devices, each of the plurality of locking devices being arranged between the top frame and one of the plurality of overhanging rods, and each of the plurality of locking devices having a locked state capable of locking one of the plurality of overhanging rods in the stretched position and an unlocked state of releasing an overhanging rod at least when the canopy frame is in the unfolded state.
2 . The canopy according to claim 1 , wherein
each of the plurality of locking devices comprises a locking member arranged on one of the plurality of overhanging rods, the locking member has a locking portion releasably engaged with the top frame, and the locking member is elastic or is connected with an elastic member to enable the locking portion to engage with the top frame; or each of the plurality of locking devices comprises a locking member arranged on the top frame, the locking member has a locking portion releasably engaged with one of the plurality of overhanging rods, and the locking member is elastic or is connected with an elastic member to enable the locking portion to engage with the overhanging rod.

The canopy according to claim 2 , wherein the locking portion comprises a protrusion, and the overhanging rod or the top frame is provided with a locking hole for the protrusion to be inserted in; when the protrusion is inserted in the locking hole, the locking device is in the locked state; when the protrusion is separated from the locking hole, the locking device is in the unlocked state.

The canopy according to claim 3 , wherein a plurality of overhanging eave joints are arranged on the top frame, and each of the plurality of overhanging rods is slidably connected to one of the plurality of overhanging eave joints; when one of the plurality of locking devices is in the unlocked state, the locking member is arranged within the overhanging rod, the overhanging rod is provided with a through hole, the protrusion is located in the through hole, and the locking hole is arranged on an overhanging eave joint; when the locking device is in the locked state, at least part of the protrusion extends out of the through hole and inserted into the locking hole.

The canopy according to claim 4 , wherein the locking member is elastic, a middle portion thereof is bent and has two opposite end portions, the protrusion is arranged on one of the two opposite end portions, and the other end portion abuts against an inner wall of the overhanging rod on a position opposite to the through hole.
6 . The canopy according to claim 4 , wherein the overhanging rod is at least partially hollow and tubular, the locking member is located in a tube cavity of the overhanging rod, and the through hole is opened on a tube wall of the overhanging rod.

The canopy according to claim 2 , wherein the locking portion comprises a locking hole for the overhanging rod to passes though, and a section area of the locking hole is larger than a section area of the overhanging rod; when an angle between a centerline of the locking hole and a length direction of the overhanging rod is greater than a non-zero critical value and the overhanging rod is against a hole wall of the locking hole, the locking device is in the locked state; when the angle is smaller than or equal to the critical value such that the overhanging rod is capable of sliding in the locking hole, the locking device is in the unlocked state.
8 . The canopy according to claim 7 , wherein a plurality of overhanging eave joints are provided on the top frame, each of the plurality of overhanging eave joints is provided with one locking member therein, each of the plurality of overhanging rods slidably passes through one of the plurality of overhanging eave joins and passes through the locking hole of the locking member, and each of the plurality of overhanging eave joints has a space for fingers to enter to press the locking member.
9 . The canopy according to claim 8 , wherein the locking member is elastic, a middle portion thereof is bent and has a first end portion and a second end portion, the first end portion abuts against an outer surface of the overhanging rod, and the locking hole is opened on the second end portion.

The canopy according to claim 8 , wherein the locking member is elasticity, a middle portion thereof is bent and has a first end portion and a second end portion, the first end portion and the second end portion are respectively provided with one locking hole, and the overhanging rod passes through the locking holes.

The canopy according to claim 8 , wherein each of the plurality of locking devices comprises one locking member or a plurality of stacked locking members, each locking member has an inner end portion and an outer end portion located on opposite sides of the locking hole, and each of the plurality of overhanging eave joints has a stop portion located on one side of the locking member, a side surface of the inner end portion of the locking member abuts against the stop portion, and each of the plurality of locking devices further comprises an elastic member for biasing the outer end portion of the locking member toward a side where the stop portion is located.
12 . The canopy according to claim 11 , wherein the elastic member has a through hole for the overhanging rod to pass though.

The canopy according to claim 11 , wherein the elastic member and the stop portion are respectively located on opposite sides of the locking member(s), one end of the elastic member(s) abuts against an inner wall of one of the plurality of overhanging eave joints and the other end abuts against the outer end portion of the locking member.
14 . The canopy according to claim 7 , wherein the overhanging rods are solid glass-fiber rods.
15 . The canopy according to claim 1 , wherein the canopy frame comprises at least three upright columns, the top frame comprises a plurality of top rods, an upper end portion of each of the at least three upright columns is rotatably connected to an end portion of one of the plurality of top rods, each of the plurality of overhanging rods is slidably arranged on one of the top rods along its own length direction, and the overhanging rod is located on a side of one of the top rods or above one of the top rods.
16 . The canopy according to claim 15 , wherein the canopy frame has a folded state, when the canopy frame is in the folded state, the overhanging rods are in their retracted position, and top ends of the overhanging rods are lower than top ends of the upright columns.
17 . The canopy according to claim 16 , wherein when the canopy frame is in the unfolded state, the folded state, during unfolding and during folding, a length direction of the overhanging rods is parallel or substantially parallel to a length direction of the top rods.
18 . The canopy according to claim 1 , wherein a plurality of sliding seats are provided on the top frame, and each of the plurality of overhanging rods is slidably connected to one of the plurality of sliding seats.
19 . The canopy according to claim 1 , wherein the overhanging rods comprises a flat tube or a glass-fiber rod.
