Abstract

A pile includes an interior; a first end; a second end; a coupling plate; and through holes. The coupling plate is located within the interior between the first end and the through holes. The coupling plate includes a keyhole configured to engage a key of a rotary pile driver tool.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A pile comprising:
 an interior;   a first end;   a second end;   a coupling plate; and   through holes;   said coupling plate being located within said interior between said first end and said through holes;   said coupling plate including a keyhole configured to engage a key of a rotary pile driver tool.   
     
     
         2 . The pile, as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said coupling plate is welded to said interior. 
     
     
         3 . The pile, as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said keyhole has a rectangle shape. 
     
     
         4 . The pile, as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said keyhole has a square shape. 
     
     
         5 . The pile, as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said keyhole has a hexagon shape. 
     
     
         6 . The pile, as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said keyhole has a pentagon shape. 
     
     
         7 . The pile, as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said coupling plate has multiple keyholes configured to engage keys of a rotary pile driver tool. 
     
     
         8 . The pile, as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said keyhole has a plaque shape. 
     
     
         9 . A rotary pile driver tool comprising:
 a pile jacket member having an interior and configured such that a coupling end of a pile fits in said interior; and   a key located within said interior of said pile jacket member;   said key being configured to engage a keyhole of a coupling plate of a pile.   
     
     
         10 . The rotary pile driver tool, as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein said key has a rectangle shape. 
     
     
         11 . The rotary pile driver tool, as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein said key has a square shape. 
     
     
         12 . The rotary pile driver tool, as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein said key has a hexagon shape. 
     
     
         13 . The rotary pile driver tool, as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein said key has a pentagon shape. 
     
     
         14 . The rotary pile driver tool, as claimed in  claim 9 , further comprising:
 multiple keys configured to engage keyholes of a coupling plate of a pile.   
     
     
         15 . The rotary pile driver tool, as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein said key has a plaque shape.
