Novel Swivel Chair
Abstract
A swivel chair that includes a base, a rigid component, elastic components, and a chair seat. The base is provided with a rotating shaft that is located at a center and capable of rotating relatively. A middle rear part of the rigid component is connected to the rotating shaft. Front ends of the elastic components are connected to a front end of the rigid component. The chair seat includes a seat plate and a connecting piece connected to a middle rear area of a bottom of the seat plate. A bottom of the connecting piece is connected to rear ends of the elastic components. After elastic deformation is produced under the driving of the chair seat, the rear ends of the elastic components can be subjected to a pressure and integrally backward incline to a certain degree together with the chair seat, and can also forward incline slightly.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A novel swivel chair, comprising a base ( 1 ), a rigid component ( 2 ), elastic components ( 3 ), and a chair seat ( 4 ), wherein the base ( 1 ) is provided with a rotating shaft ( 11 ) that is located at a center and capable of rotating relatively; a middle rear part of the rigid component ( 2 ) is connected to the rotating shaft ( 11 ); front ends of the elastic components ( 3 ) are connected to a front end of the rigid component ( 2 ); the chair seat ( 4 ) comprises a seat plate ( 41 ) and a connecting piece ( 42 ) connected to a middle rear area of a bottom of the seat plate ( 41 ); a bottom of the connecting piece ( 42 ) is connected to rear ends of the elastic components ( 3 ); and a center of the seat plate ( 41 ) corresponds to a center of the rotating shaft ( 11 ) in a vertical direction.
2 . The novel swivel chair according to claim 1 , wherein the rigid component ( 2 ) comprises a first rigid connecting piece ( 21 ) arranged in a front-rear direction and a second rigid connecting piece ( 22 ) arranged in a left-right direction; a middle rear part of the first rigid connecting piece ( 21 ) is connected to the rotating shaft ( 11 ); the second rigid connecting piece ( 22 ) is integrally connected to a front end of a top of the first rigid connecting piece ( 21 ); and the second rigid connecting piece ( 22 ) is connected to the front ends of the elastic components ( 3 ).
3 . The novel swivel chair according to claim 2 , wherein the first rigid connecting piece ( 21 ) and the second rigid connecting piece ( 22 ) are integrally formed by using a cast iron material.
4 . The novel swivel chair according to claim 2 , wherein the elastic component ( 3 ) comprises a spring steel plate ( 31 ); the two spring steel plates ( 31 ) are arranged in parallel and are located on both sides of the first rigid connecting piece ( 21 ); front ends of the spring steel plates ( 31 ) are connected to the second rigid connecting piece ( 22 ); and rear ends of the spring steel plates ( 31 ) are connected to the connecting piece ( 42 ).
5 . The novel swivel chair according to claim 4 , wherein bolt holes are respectively formed in connections between the spring steel plates ( 31 ) and the connecting piece ( 42 ), and a bolt connection is formed through connecting bolts ( 5 ).
6 . The novel swivel chair according to claim 4 , wherein bolt holes are respectively formed in connections between the spring steel plates ( 31 ) and the second rigid connecting piece ( 22 ), and a bolt connection is formed through connecting bolts ( 5 ).
7 . The novel swivel chair according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting piece ( 42 ) comprises a horizontal connecting segment ( 421 ) and inclined connecting segments ( 422 ) connected to two ends of the horizontal connecting segment ( 421 ); one end, far away from the horizontal connecting segment ( 421 ), of the inclined connecting segment ( 422 ) is connected to the bottom of the seat plate ( 41 ); the horizontal connecting segment ( 421 ) is parallel to a horizontal plane in an unpressurized state; and the seat plate ( 41 ) has an upward inclination angle relative to the horizontal connecting segment ( 421 ).
8 . The novel swivel chair according to claim 1 , wherein the chair seat ( 4 ) further comprises handrails ( 43 ) and a chair back ( 44 ); the two handrails ( 43 ) are respectively connected to two sides of the seat plate ( 41 ); and the chair back ( 44 ) is connected to a rear end of the seat plate ( 41 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
