Abstract
A furniture anchor includes a first cord having a first end and a second end; a second cord having a first end and a second end; a first stop, attached to the second end of the second cord, having a first cord opening; the first end of the first cord being configured to form a loop; the first cord passing through the first cord opening of the stop; the second end of the first cord having a second stop configured to prevent the second end of the first cord from passing back through the first cord opening of the first stop.

1 . A furniture anchor comprising
a first cord having a first end and a second end; a second cord having a first end and a second end; a first stop, attached to said second end of said second cord, having a first cord opening; said first end of said first cord being configured to form a loop; said first cord passing through said opening of said first stop; said second end of said first cord having a second stop configured to prevent said second end of said first cord from passing back through said first chord opening of said first stop.
2 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said first stop is disked shape.
3 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said first stop is metal.
4 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said first stop is plastic.
5 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said first cord is a metal cable.
6 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said second cord is a string.
7 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said second end of said second cord is attached to said first cord.
8 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said second end of said second cord is attached to said first cord using a crimping device.
9 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said second stop is a crimping device.
10 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said second end of said first cord is configured to pass through said loop at said first end of said first cord.
11 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said loop is constructed by turning said first end of said first cord back onto itself and using an attachment mechanism to secure said first end of said first cord to said first cord.
12 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said second end of said second cord is attached to said first cord using a crimping device;
said loop being constructed by turning said first end of said first cord back onto itself and using an attachment mechanism to secure said first end of said first cord to said first cord; a portion of said first cord between said crimping device and said attachment mechanism being coated with plastic.
13 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said second end of said second cord is attached to said first cord using a crimping device;
said loop being constructed by turning said first end of said first cord back onto itself and using an attachment mechanism to secure said first end of said first cord to said first cord; a portion of said first cord between said crimping device and said attachment mechanism being enclosed is a plastic tube.
14 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said first cord stop including a second cord opening;
said second cord opening being configured to attached said first end of said second cord thereto.
15 . The furniture anchor, as claimed in claim 14 , wherein said first cord opening has a first cord opening center line;
said second cord opening having a second cord opening center line; said first cord opening center line and said second cord opening center line forming an acute angle.
16 .
