Abstract
A two person bed sheet device for preventing a unitary sheet that prevents one person from pulling the bed sheet off of a second person includes a top panel having an upper edge, a bottom edge, and a pair of lateral edges extending between the top edge and the bottom edge. The top panel has a cutout extending into the upper edge defining a pair of spaced upper sections of the top panel. Each of a pair of flaps is coupled to a respective one of the upper sections and extends across the cutout towards another of the upper sections.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A bed sheet device comprising:
a top panel having an upper edge, a bottom edge, and a pair of lateral edges extending between the top edge and the bottom edge, the top panel having a cutout extending into the upper edge defining a pair of spaced upper sections of the top panel; a pair of flaps, each flap being coupled to a respective one of the upper sections and extending across the cutout towards another of the upper sections.
2 . The bed sheet device of claim 1 , further comprising each flap of the pair of flaps having a top edge linearly aligned with the upper edge of the top panel.
3 . The bed sheet device of claim 2 , further comprising each flap of the pair of flaps having a length extending away from the upper edge of the top panel being greater than a length of the cutout extending away from the upper edge of the top panel.
4 . The bed sheet device of claim 2 , further comprising each flap being coupled to the top panel along a portion of a single respective linear edge of the flap corresponding to a lateral linear edge of the cutout.
5 . The bed sheet device of claim 4 , further comprising the single respective linear edge of each of the flaps having a length greater than a length of the cutout extending away from the upper edge of the top panel.
6 . The bed sheet device of claim 2 , wherein each flap of the pair of flaps has a rectangular shape.
7 . The bed sheet device of claim 2 , further comprising a longitudinal length of each flap being half a length between the upper edge and the bottom edge of the top panel.
8 . The bed sheet device of claim 3 , further comprising the length of each flap extending away from the upper edge of the top panel being twice the length of the cutout extending away from the upper edge of the top panel.
9 . The bed sheet device of claim 4 , wherein each lateral linear edge of the cutout is perpendicular to the upper edge of the top panel.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
