Abstract

A liquid refrigerant distributor is used for a falling liquid film evaporator. The liquid refrigerant distributor includes a gas-liquid two-phase pipe through which a gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant flows, and a first refrigerant tub including a liquid reservoir section into which the gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant flows from the gas-liquid two-phase pipe. The first refrigerant tub further includes a droplet collector configured to collect droplets contained in a gas refrigerant separated by the liquid reservoir section.

1 . A falling liquid film evaporator, comprising:
 a tank;   a liquid refrigerant distributor disposed in the tank; and   a heat transfer tube group which is disposed in the tank and in which a refrigerant distributed from the liquid refrigerant distributor and a heating medium exchange heat;   wherein   the liquid refrigerant distributor includes
 a first refrigerant tub configured to perform gas-liquid separation of a gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant, 
 a gas-liquid two-phase pipe disposed in the first refrigerant tub and configured to supply the gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant to the first refrigerant tub, and 
 a mist eliminator configured to collect droplets contained in a gas refrigerant separated in the first refrigerant tub, and 
   the mist eliminator is adjacent to a side portion or an upper portion of the gas-liquid two-phase pipe.   
     
     
         2 . The falling liquid film evaporator of  claim 1 , wherein
 a thickness of the mist eliminator is smaller than a height from a bottom of the first refrigerant tub to a lower end of the mist eliminator.   
     
     
         3 . The falling liquid film evaporator of  claim 1 , wherein
 the gas-liquid two-phase pipe is connected with a refrigerant inflow pipe into which the gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant from an outside of the first refrigerant tub, and   the mist eliminator is disposed in a region including at least a surrounding area of the refrigerant inflow pipe in a longitudinal direction of the first refrigerant tub.   
     
     
         4 . The falling liquid film evaporator of  claim 1 , wherein
 an upper end of the gas-liquid two-phase pipe and an upper end of the mist eliminator are at substantially the same level.   
     
     
         5 . The falling liquid film evaporator of  claim 1 , wherein
 an upper end of the first refrigerant tub is closed,   the first refrigerant tub includes a first space below the mist eliminator and a second space above the mist eliminator, and   a height of the second space is greater than a height of the first space.   
     
     
         6 . The falling liquid film evaporator of  claim 1 , wherein
 a liquid surface of a liquid refrigerant separated from the gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant in the first refrigerant tub is positioned below a lower end of the mist eliminator.   
     
     
         7 . The falling liquid film evaporator of  claim 1 , wherein
 the gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant is a low-pressure refrigerant of which an evaporation pressure is lower than an atmospheric pressure.
