Turning and Folding Outdoor Awning
Abstract
The disclosure provides a turning and folding outdoor awning, which includes a support, a guide assembly, louvers, and a driving device. The support includes a rectangular frame and support legs. The guide assembly includes guide rods symmetrically arranged at two sides of the rectangular frame and slide seats in slide fit on the guide rods, and a connecting rod assembly is arranged between two adjacent slide seats. A plurality of louvers are provided and are arranged between the slide seats on the two guide rods. The driving device is connected with the slide seats and configured to drive the slide seats to slide and the louvers to rotate. The turning and folding outdoor awning provided by the disclosure is compact in structure, is capable of being turned and folded rapidly, is convenient and labor-saving to operate, and has a good using effect.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A turning and folding outdoor awning, comprising:
a support, as a supporting and installing carrier, comprising a rectangular frame and support legs installed at a lower end of the rectangular frame; a guide assembly, comprising guide rods symmetrically arranged at two sides of the rectangular frame and a plurality of slide seats in horizontal slide fit on the guide rods, wherein the slide seats on the two guide rods are of the same number and are symmetrically arranged, and a connecting rod assembly is arranged between two adjacent slide seats; louvers, wherein a plurality of louvers are provided and respectively arranged between the slide seats on the two guide rods and are rotatable; and a driving device, connected with the slide seats and configured to drive the slide seats to slide and the louvers to rotate to be folded or unfolded.
2 . The turning and folding outdoor awning according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod hinged to each other, and a limiting portion for limiting a rotation angle is arranged between the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod.
3 . The turning and folding outdoor awning according to claim 2 , wherein when unfolded to a maximum angle, an included angle between the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod is less than 150°.
4 . The turning and folding outdoor awning according to claim 1 , wherein driving wheels are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the rectangular frame, a synchronous belt is arranged between the two driving wheels located on a same side, and the slide seat located at an end portion of a free end is fixedly connected with the synchronous belt and is driven by the synchronous belt; and a first driving shaft is arranged between the two driving wheels located at a same end, and the first driving shaft is connected with the driving device.
5 . The turning and folding outdoor awning according to claim 4 , wherein the first driving shaft is arranged at an end portion of the rectangular frame and is perpendicular to a driving direction of the synchronous belt, and an end portion of the first driving shaft is connected with the driving wheel through a universal joint.
6 . The turning and folding outdoor awning according to claim 1 , wherein the slide seat is internally provided with a worm gear and a worm engaged with the worm gear, an end portion of the worm gear is provided with an output shaft, the output shaft is fixedly connected with the louvers and configured to drive the louvers to rotate, the worm is horizontally arranged and two ends thereof are perforated by a shaft hole with a polygonal cross section, the shaft hole is internally provided with a second driven shaft in a slide fit manner, and the second driven shaft is connected with the driving device 3 and configured to drive the worm to rotate.
7 . The turning and folding outdoor awning according to claim 6 , wherein an end portion of the rectangular frame is provided with a second driving shaft connected with the driving device, and the second driving shaft is perpendicular to the second driven shaft and is connected with the second driven shaft through a universal joint.
8 . The turning and folding outdoor awning according to claim 6 , wherein a cross section of each of the shaft hole and the second driven shaft is a regular hexagon.
9 . The turning and folding outdoor awning according to claim 1 , wherein the driving device comprises a shell in vertical slide fit on the rectangular frame, a main shaft is vertically arranged inside the shell, a first driving gear is arranged at a lower end of the main shaft, the first driving gear is engaged with a first driven gear, the first driven gear is fixedly provided with a first driving bevel gear, and a first driving shaft at an end portion of the rectangular frame is provided with a first driven bevel gear engageable with the first driving bevel gear; a second driving gear is arranged at an upper end of the main shaft, the second driving gear is engaged with a second driven gear, the second driven gear is fixedly provided with a second driving bevel gear, a second driving shaft at the end portion of the rectangular frame is provided with a second driven bevel gear engageable with the second driving bevel gear, and a distance between the first driven bevel gear and the second driven bevel gear is less than that between the first driving bevel gear and the second driving bevel gear; and when the shell slides to an upper limiting position, the first driving bevel gear is engaged with the first driven bevel gear, and when the shell slides to a lower limiting position, the second driving bevel gear is engaged with the second driven bevel gear.
10 . The turning and folding outdoor awning according to claim 9 , wherein an end portion of the lower end of the main shaft is provided with an input end for connecting a motor or a rocker.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
