Abstract
A splicing structure and a spliced straight plate are provided. The splicing structure includes a splicing A plate, a splicing B plate, and a connector for connecting the two. The connector includes a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate arranged in a length direction of the first connecting plate and perpendicular to the first connecting plate. The first connecting plate is connected to an end of the splicing A plate in the length direction, and the second connecting plate is inserted into a side wall of the splicing B plate for fixed assembly, thereby hiding the second connecting plate and strengthening the connection of the splicing B plate. The splicing plates are adhered to two sides of the first connecting plate, and the second connecting plate is hidden inside the splicing B plate. Therefore, the surface of the splicing structure is flat, without obvious gaps.

1 . A splicing structure, comprising
a splicing A plate, a splicing B plate, and a connector for connecting the splicing A plate with the splicing B plate, wherein the connector comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate, and the second connecting plate is arranged in a length direction of the first connecting plate and perpendicular to the first connecting plate; the first connecting plate is connected to an end of the splicing A plate in the length direction, and the second connecting plate is inserted into a side wall of the splicing B plate and fixedly assembled with the splicing B plate.
2 . The splicing structure according to claim 1 , wherein the first connecting plate is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes, a side wall of the splicing A plate is correspondingly provided with first fixing holes, and the first connecting plate is connected to the splicing A plate by fasteners.
3 . The splicing structure according to claim 2 , wherein the first connecting plate is provided with first positioning holes, and at least two first positioning holes are provided and located on two sides of the second connecting plate; the splicing A plate is correspondingly provided with second positioning holes; and wooden tenons pass through the first positioning holes and the second positioning holes to position the connector and the splicing A plate.
4 . The splicing structure according to claim 2 , wherein the first mounting holes are provided with a step, the fastener comprises a locking portion and a head connected to the locking portion, and the step is used for accommodating the head of the fastener.
5 . The splicing structure according to claim 2 , wherein the second connecting plate is located on an axis of symmetry of the first connecting plate.
6 . The splicing structure according to claim 4 , wherein the first mounting holes are misaligned on two sides of the second connecting plate.
7 . The splicing structure according to claim 1 , wherein the side wall of the splicing B plate is provided with a slot adapted to the second connecting plate; the second connecting plate is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes, a bottom surface of the splicing B plate is provided with second fixing holes in communication with the slot, and when the second connecting plate is inserted into place with the splicing B plate, the second mounting holes correspond with the second fixing holes one to one.
8 . The splicing structure according to claim 1 , wherein the length of the first connecting plate is smaller than the width of the splicing A plate and the width of the splicing B plate; and/or the width of the first connecting plate is equal to the thickness of the splicing A plate and the thickness of the splicing B plate.
9 . A spliced straight plate, comprising the splicing structure according to claim 1 , and further comprising
a mounting member, wherein the mounting member comprises a fixing plate and fixing columns arranged on the fixing plate, wherein an angle between the fixing column and the fixing plate is 88° to 90°, and at least two fixing columns are provided; side walls of the splicing A plate and the splicing B plate in a width direction are provided with mounting fixing holes adapted to the fixing columns; and the fixing plate is provided with a plurality of mounting through holes, and at least one fastener passes through the mounting through holes to fix the fixing plate to a wall.
10 . The spliced straight plate according to claim 9 , wherein the splicing A plate and the splicing B plate are each provided with mounting grooves on a side facing the fixing columns for accommodating the mounting member and fasteners.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
