Methods and Devices for Better Sleeping

Abstract

The present invention is a sculpted bed, with three mattresses, replacing the traditional one mattress, on a flat box spring, which can moved by the sleeper into the most comfortable sleeping position, and is adaptable for sleeping or lying in the face down positions, also known as prone position; the side position; or other desired resting position, The present invention can be used for a supine or reclined sleeping position. The method includes one pillow that fits into the sculpted bed frame for prone position sleeping, two pillows, or head supports, with concave sculpted tops for the head to rest in, one head supports with a slot underneath so a user can put their hand through the slot, under the head, and another head support without the bottom slot.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A method for better sleeping comprising:
 sleeping in a sculpted concave sleeping area with a concave bed support;   sleeping with a three part sculpted mattress that is configured to be adjusted for comfort, the three parts being parallel to the orientation of the concave bed support;   when sleeping in a prone position, using a convex pillow that fits into the concave bed support on top of a head end of the three part sculpted mattress;   the elevated recumbent head support with a concave section on top and the concave section of the same orientated direction on a bottom;   when sleeping in a supine, or side positions, using an elevated recumbent head support with a concave section on top.

         3 . The sleeping method of  claim 1  where the concave section on the bottom of the elevated recumbent head support is at a 90 degree angle to the concave section on top of the head support. 
     
     
         4 . The method for better sleeping of  claim 1 , further comprising a device; where the device comprises:
 the concave bed support with one or two concave sleeping areas;   the convex pillow that fits into the one or two concave sleeping areas;   the elevated recumbent head support with concave section on top;   the elevated recumbent where a concave section is also on the bottom of the head support with the same oriented direction as the concave section on top of the pillow;   the three part sculpted mattress, where sections are configured to be manipulated for comfort, the three parts being parallel to the orientation of concave bed support.
