What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A tarp cover comprising:
 a cover comprising a hem in a perimeter of the cover;   a plurality of perimeter magnets embedded in the hem of the perimeter of the cover; and   a plurality of grommets disposed in the hem of the perimeter of the cover interleaved with the plurality of perimeter magnets.   
     
     
         2 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein the cover is a rectangular sheet. 
     
     
         3 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein the cover comprises a circular portion. 
     
     
         4 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein the cover comprises a trapezoidal portion and a circular portion. 
     
     
         5 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein the cover comprises longitudinal sides and semicircular sides. 
     
     
         6 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of perimeter magnets is a rectangular bar shape. 
     
     
         7 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of perimeter magnets is a semicircular bar shape. 
     
     
         8 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein a portion of the plurality of perimeter magnets is a rectangular bar shape. 
     
     
         9 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein a portion of the plurality of perimeter magnets is a semicircular bar shape. 
     
     
         10 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein a portion of the plurality of perimeter magnets is a rectangular bar shape and another portion is semicircular bar shape. 
     
     
         11 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein a portion of the plurality of grommets are disposed adjacent the hem of the perimeter of the cover. 
     
     
         12 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of grommets are defined in each of the plurality of perimeter magnets. 
     
     
         13 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein a portion of the plurality of grommets are disposed adjacent the hem and a portion of the plurality of grommets are defined in the plurality of perimeter magnets. 
     
     
         14 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , wherein a portion of the plurality of grommets are disposed adjacent the plurality of perimeter magnets. 
     
     
         15 . The tarp cover of  claim 1 , further comprising a first plurality of grommets disposed adjacent the hem and a second plurality of grommets defined in the plurality of perimeter magnets.
