Cup holder

Abstract

A cup holder includes a main body having at least one through hole. The cup holder includes a waterdrop resistant layer on the top surface of the main body. The waterdrop resistant layer has at least one waterdrop resistant through hole corresponding to the through hole. The diameter of the waterdrop resistant through hole is smaller than the diameter of the through hole, so that a portion of the waterdrop resistant layer is suspended on a hole wall of the through hole. The length of the portion of the waterdrop resistant layer suspended on the hole wall of the through hole is greater than the thickness of the main body. The waterdrop resistant layer functions to prevent water droplets condensing on a cold drink cup from being absorbed by the cardboard of the cup holder in order to prevent the cardboard from becoming soft and losing strength after absorbing water.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A cup holder, comprising a main body, the main body having at least one through hole, wherein the cup holder comprises a waterdrop resistant layer arranged on a top surface of the main body, the waterdrop resistant layer being formed with at least one waterdrop resistant through hole at a location corresponding to the through hole, the waterdrop resistant through hole having a diameter that is smaller than a diameter of the through hole, so that a portion of the waterdrop resistant layer is suspended on a hole wall of the through hole, a length of the portion of the waterdrop resistant layer suspended on the hole wall of the through hole being greater than a thickness of the main body. 
     
     
         2 . The cup holder according to  claim 1 , wherein the main body comprises a board, which comprises a central portion, two sidewall portions respectively connected to two opposite sides of the central portion, and two handle portions respectively connected to sides of the sidewall portions that are opposite to the central portion, a fold line being formed between the central portion and each of the sidewall portions, a fold line being formed on each of the handle portions and each of the sidewall portions, the central portion being formed with the at least one through hole, each of the handle portions being formed with a handle hole, each of the handle holes being connected, through a fold line, to a buckle plate, each of the buckle plates being formed with an engagement slit, the buckle plates being manipulatable to buckle and connect to each other to combine the handle portions, a length of each of the handle portions at one end thereof adjacent to the respective one of the sidewall portions being shorter than a length of the respective one of the sidewall portions, the waterdrop resistant layer being combined with a top surface of the board. 
     
     
         3 . The cup holder according to  claim 2 , wherein the through hole is adapted to receive a cup to place therein such that the waterdrop resistant layer is located between the cup and the board. 
     
     
         4 . The cup holder according to  claim 2 , wherein the board is formed by cutting cardboard. 
     
     
         5 . The cup holder according to  claim 2 , wherein the waterdrop resistant layer is made of polyethylene or polypropylene. 
     
     
         6 . The cup holder according to  claim 2 , wherein the at least one through hole comprises a plurality of through holes that are arranged along a length direction of the central portion, the through holes being of a same size. 
     
     
         7 . The cup holder according to  claim 6 , wherein each of the through holes is adapted to receive a cup to place therein, wherein the cups are of different heights. 
     
     
         8 . The cup holder according to  claim 1 , wherein a back-folded reinforcement portion is provided between one end of each of the handle portions that is opposite to the respective one of the sidewall portions and the handle hole of the handle portion. 
     
     
         9 . The cup holder according to  claim 1 , wherein a length of each of the handle portions gradually increases from one end thereof adjacent to the respective one of the sidewall portions toward an opposite end. 
     
     
         10 . The cup holder according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the handle portions is formed with two hanging rope apertures, and each of the hanging rope apertures is adapted to couple with a hanging rope. 
     
     
         11 . The cup holder according to  claim 1 , wherein two main bodies are provided to each connect to one of two opposite sides to of a box, and the box has an openable top cover, the top cover being openable toward one side which is not combined with each of the main bodies. 
     
     
         12 . The cup holder according to  claim 11 , wherein the top cover is divided into a left half and a right half each of which comprises a handle portion and a handle hole, each of the main bodies comprising a back-folded fixing portion, each of the fixing portions having a fixing hole for locking the handle portions. 
     
     
         13 . The cup holder according to  claim 1 , wherein at least one side edge of the main body is combined with a receptacle unit, and a top of the receptacle unit is formed with an opening. 
     
     
         14 . The cup holder according to  claim 13 , wherein the receptacle unit comprises a receiving cavity having an opening in a top thereof.
