Gas discharge cap and cosmetic container including the same

Abstract

A gas discharge cap 100 includes a main body 200, an inner cap 110 coupled to the main body 200 and having a partial region in which an inner cap opening 111 b is formed, an outer cap 120 covering an outer side of the inner cap 110, and a check valve 130 inserted into and coupled to the inner cap opening 111 b to seal or open the inner cap opening 111 b according to a pressure of the main body 200.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A gas discharge cap  100  comprising:
 an inner cap  110  configured to be coupled to the main body  200  and having a partial region in which an inner cap opening  111   b  is formed; 
 an outer cap  120  configured to cover an outer side of the inner cap  110 ; and 
 a check valve  130  inserted into and coupled to the inner cap opening  111   b  being configured to seal or open the inner cap opening  111   b  according to a pressure of the main body  200 . 
 
     
     
         2 . The gas discharge cap  100  of  claim 1 , wherein
 the check valve  130  is made of a nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) material. 
 
     
     
         3 . The gas discharge cap  100  of  claim 2 , wherein,
 when the pressure inside the main body  200  exceeds a preset threshold pressure, the check valve  130  is configured to be elastically deformed to open the inner cap opening  111   b,  and a gas in the main body  200  is configured to be discharged downwardly from the outer cap  120  along the opened inner cap opening  111   b  and a space between the inner cap  110  and the outer cap  120 . 
 
     
     
         4 . The gas discharge cap  100  of  claim 3 , wherein
 the check valve  130  is further configured to prevent contents in the main body  200  from leaking out by a first sealing area  141  and a second sealing area  142  formed by a coupling to the inner cap  110 . 
 
     
     
         5 . The gas discharge cap  100  of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a spring  150  having one end configured to be coupled to the outer cap  120  and another end configured to be coupled to the check valve  130 . 
 
     
     
         6 . The gas discharge cap  100  of  claim 5 , wherein
 the spring  150  is configured to press the check valve  130  toward the main body  200 . 
 
     
     
         7 . The gas discharge cap  100  of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a foam packing portion  160  disposed in a space between the inner cap  110  and the outer cap  120 , configured to prevent contents in the main body  200  from leaking out. 
 
     
     
         8 . A cosmetic container  1000  comprising:
 the gas discharge cap  100  according to  claim 1 ; and 
 a main body  200  coupled to the gas discharge cap  100 .
